Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para reducir los compuestos orgánicos volátiles (VOC) de las astillas de madera para la producción de fibra de madera en un sistema de procesamiento (1) que comprende, al menos, los siguientes pasos consecutivos: un primer tratamiento térmico de las astillas de madera (100) en un primer dispositivo de tratamiento térmico (10), que está diseñado para recibir gases residuales que contienen VOC (G1); limpiar las astillas de madera (200) en un dispositivo de lavado (20); un segundo tratamiento térmico de las astillas de madera (300) en un segundo dispositivo de tratamiento térmico (30), que está diseñado para recibir gases residuales que contienen VOC (G2) y separar (G3); digerir las astillas de madera (400) en un digestor (40), que está diseñado para recibir los gases residuales que contienen VOC (G4) y separar (G5); y triturar las astillas de madera (500) en un refinador (50), que está diseñado para separar los gases residuales que contienen VOC (G6). Esto permite una reducción eficiente, y por tanto optimizada energéticamente o amigable con el medio ambiente y, por tanto, también optimizada en costos, de los compuestos orgánicos volátiles de las astillas de madera.
