Abstract

LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN SE REFIERE A UN MÉTODO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO Y UTILIZACIÓN DE CORRIENTES LÍQUIDAS EN UNA PLANTA DE PULPA QUIMICA, EN DONDE DICHO MÉTODO COMPRENDE AL MENOS LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: (A) SE PRODUCE PULPA QUÍMICA EN UN PROCESO DE COCCIÓN ALCALINA; (B) SE TRATA LA MATERIA MARRÓN GENERADA DURANTE LA COCCIÓN, EN QUE DICHO TRATAMIENTO COMPRENDE EL LAVADO DE LA MATERIA Y PREFERIBLEMENTE LA  DESLIGNIFICACIÓN CON OXIGENO Y POSTERIOR LAVADO DE LA MATERIA; (C) LA MATERIA MARRÓN ES SOMETIDA A UN PROCESO DE BLANQUEO, EN QUE LA SECUENCIA DEL BLANQUEO COMPRENDE AL MENOS UNA ETAPA CON USO DE DIÓXIDO DE CLORO Y ADICIONALMENTE AL MENOS UNA ETAPA DE BLANQUEO OXIDANTE Y AL MENOS DOS ETAPAS DE LAVADO PARA TRATAR LA MATERIA CON LIQUIDOS Y PRODUCIR FILTRADOS; (D) LOS FILTRADOS DE LA ETAPA (C) SON PURIFICADOS EN UNA PLANTA DE TRATAMIENTO DE EFLUENTES DE LA PLANTA DE PULPA QUÍMICA, QUE COMPRENDE AL MENOS UN TRATAMIENTO BIOLÓGICO PARA OBTENER EFLIENTE PURIFICADO; Y  ADICIONALMENTE DICHO; ADÍCIONALMENTE EL MÉTODO COMPRENDE LA ETAPA ADICIONAL (E) EN DONDE EL EFLUENTE PURIFICADO CON UN COLOR DE 200 MG/L (PF) O MS Y UN VALOR COD SUPERIOR A 150 MG/L SE UTILIZA COMO LIQUIDO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE LA PULPA EN LA ETAPA (O) ENTRE LA PRIMERA ETAPA DE BLANQUEO DE LA SECUENCIA DE BLANQUEO Y LA ÚLTIMA ETAPA DE BLANQUEO OXIDANTE
