Abstract

Un dispositivo de candado incluye una carcasa, un grillete asociado dentro de la carcasa y que tiene, con respecto a la carcasa, una configuración cerrada y una configuración abierta, un subsistema de pestillo asociado con la carcasa para retener -de manera segura- el grillete en la configuración cerrada, donde el subsistema de pestillo se puede accionar eléctricamente para liberar el grillete, un sensor biométrico asociado con la carcasa para detectar electrónicamente datos de huellas dactilares de un dedo que se detecta, un subsistema de control en la carcasa en comunicación con el sensor biométrico y el subsistema de pestillo, donde el subsistema de control comprende: una memoria legible por procesador interno configurada para almacenar uno o más registros de huellas dactilares, donde cada registro de huellas dactilares comprende datos de huellas dactilares autorizados y asociados con un respectivo identificador de huellas dactilares, estructura de procesamiento, configurada para recibir datos de huellas dactilares detectados desde el sensor biométrico y hacer que el subsistema de pestillo libere el grillete, en el caso de una condición de liberación que requiera, al menos, que los datos de huellas dactilares detectados se correspondan con los datos de huellas dactilares autorizados en, al menos, uno de los registros de huellas dactilares, donde la estructura de procesamiento está configurada para presentar una interfaz de administración accesible por un dispositivo externo en comunicación autorizada con el sistema de control para: seleccionar uno o más registros de huellas dactilares en la memoria legible por procesador interno y eliminar o deshabilitar uno o más registros de huellas dactilares almacenados en la memoria legible por procesador interno en función de, al menos, uno o más identificadores de huellas dactilares respectivos proporcionados por el dispositivo externo; Dispoitivo; Sistemas; Método.
