Abstract
Se da una descripción de un proceso para preparar telas para encuadernación con acabado brillante o mate, en algodón o viscosa, adecuada para ser impresa mediante impresión digital, comprendiendo dicho proceso las etapas de A) preparar un tela sin acabado para la encuadernación desencolado, lavando, tratando con blanco óptico, encolado y secado; B) pre - tratamiento de la tela obtenida de la etapa A) mediante la aplicación de, en al menos uno de los dos lados, al menos una composición para el cierre de los poros de dicha tela para hacer que la superficie sea plana; C) en el lado de dicho tejido o dicha tela destinado a imprimirse, aplicando y recubriendo una capa con una pasta que tiene una viscosidad de al menos 7500 cps, preferiblemente comprendida entre 8000 y 12000 cps, y secar esta capa; siendo dicha pasta, la mezcla de al menos una composición acuosa que contiene una resina acrílica al 35% (seca) y los componentes que inician el estado de polimerización a temperaturas de alrededor de 200 ºC por menos de un minuto, y de al menos un espesante no iónico, preferentemente del tipo de poliuretano; y D) calandrar a temperatura ambiente la tela obtenida de la etapa C).
