Abstract
<p>LA PRESENTE DIVULGACIÓN PROPORCIONA UN MÉTODO DE ADAPTACIÓN DE PECES SALMÓNIDOS PARA SU DESARROLLO A PARTIR DE DIETAS CON CONTENIDO DE PROTEÍNA DE SOYA. EL MÉTODO COMPRENDE, DENTRO DE UN PERÍODO DE TIEMPO EFECTIVO DESPUÉS DE QUE LOS PECES ECLOSIONAN, ADMINISTRAR A LOS PECES UNA COMPOSICIÓN DE ALIMENTO PARA PECES. LA COMPOSICIÓN DEL ALIMENTO PARA PECES COMPRENDE PROTEÍNA DE SOYA Y UNA CANTIDAD EFECTIVA DE ANTIOXIDANTE. EL ANTIOXIDANTE PUEDE SER LA ASTAXANTINA.</p>
