Abstract
Un aparato para el tratamiento de gas de síntesis bruto generado por gasificación subterránea de carbón (UCG), CARACTERIZADO porque comprende: a) Un separador para separar líquidos y sólidos del gas de síntesis bruto generado por UCG, que comprende: i. Una vasija que tiene una sección superior y una sección de fondo; ii. Una entrada de alimentación de gas; iii. Una salida de gas localizada por encima de la entrada de alimentación de gas; iv. Una salida para líquidos localizada por debajo de la entrada de alimentación de gas; y v. Un filtro de cesta alojado dentro de la sección de fondo de la vasija, En donde, la sección de fondo de la vasija recibe los líquidos y sólidos separados, y b) Un sistema de ventilación para encaminar el gas de síntesis bruto que contiene niveles elevados de oxígeno a la atmósfera, comprendiendo el sistema de ventilación: i. Una vasija orientada verticalmente; ii. Una salida de gas en una región superior de la vasija; iii. Un dispositivo de cierre hermético de líquido en el fondo de la vasija; y iv. Una entrada de gas para alimentación del gas de síntesis de llegada proveniente del separador al dispositivo de cierre hermético de líquido.
