Abstract
Se describe un proceso para preparar de forma continua tiosulfato de calcio, que comprende oxidar parcialmente una solución de polisulfuro de calcio en un primer reactor para producir una solución de polisulfuro de calcio/tiosulfato de calcio; transferir la solución producida a un segundo reactor y oxidar adicionalmente la solución producida para producir una solución de tiosulfato de calcio; opcionalmerrte transferir al menos una parte de la solución de tiosulfato de calcio producida a un tercer reactor y sustancialmente oxidar por completo la solución producida; y recuperar la solución de tiosulfato de calcio sustancialmente oxidada por completo producida. Además, se describe un sistema continuo para preparar tiosulfato de calcio, en donde el primer, segundo y tercer reactores están conectados en serie.A process for continuously preparing calcium thiosulfate is described, which comprises partially oxidizing a solution of calcium polysulphide in a first reactor to produce a solution of calcium polysulphide / calcium thiosulfate; transfer the solution produced to a second reactor and further oxidize the solution produced to produce a solution of calcium thiosulfate; optionally to transfer at least a portion of the calcium thiosulfate solution produced to a third reactor and substantially oxidize the solution produced completely; and recovering the completely oxidized calcium thiosulfate solution completely produced. In addition, a continuous system for preparing calcium thiosulfate is described, wherein the first, second and third reactors are connected in series.
