Procedimiento para preparar HCN que comprende proporcionar formamida gaseosa evaporando formamida líquida en evaporador y deshidratar por catálisis dicha formamida, en que el tiempo de permanencia de formamida en evaporador es menor 20s, en referencia a formamida líquida; y uso de microevaporador para evaporar formamida.
