Abstract

Plastics injection moulding machine has a hydraulically operated plasticising and injection screw, and a driving unit with a driving shaft, pistons and cylinders, these units being guided on beams. The beams are supported at one end on the machine frame, and at the other end are guided in delivery cylinders, that are fastened to the mould-supporting plat with a nozzle opening. The guide beams are fastened at a distance from the mould-supporting plate on traverses which are themselves fastened to the mould-supporting plate, and the cylinders of the delivery devices are arranged on diametrically opposite sides of the injection cylinder. The pistons are guided in the delivery cylinders and are attached to the guide beams. Very compact construction is provided with eacy access to the side of the mould-supporting plate directed away from the nozzle.

   Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist eine Kunststoff-Spritzgiessmaschine mit hydraulisch betätigter Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke, bei welcher die koaxial mit der Plastifizierschnecke zu deren Drehantrieb gekuppelte Antriebswelle eines Hydromotors koaxial in einem hohlen, mit dem Hydromotor fest verbundenen drehfesten Spitzkolben gelagert ist, der in einem auf der einen Seite einer Traverse befestigten Spritzzylinder geführt ist, wobei der die Schnecke führende Plastifizierzylinder auf der andern Seite der Traverse befestigt ist. Die Plastifizier-, Einspritz- und Antriebseinheit ist dabei zweckmässig auf Holmen geführt, die einenends auf dem Maschinengestellt abgestützt sind und   andemends    in   Zylin    dern von hydraulischen Zustellvorrichtungen geführt sind, die an der düsenseitigen Formträgerplatte befestigt sind.

  Da die Führungsholme bis zur Formträgerplatte hin geführt sind, ist der Platzbedarf auf der betreffenden Plattenseite gross.



   Die vorliegende Erfindung schlägt eine Verbesserung dieser Bauart in dem Sinne vor, dass trotz kompakter Konstruktion der Zugang zur düsenabgekehrten Seite der Formträgerplatte nicht behindert ist, so dass bei zurückgezogener Düse die Angusspartie der Form und die Düse selbst von dieser Plattenseite her gut zugänglich sind. Erfindungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass die Holme im Abstand von der düsenseitigen Formträgerplatte an Traversen befestigt sind, die ihrerseits an der Formträgerplatte befestigt sind, wobei die Zylinder der Zustellvorrichtungen einander diametral gegen überliegend am Spritzzylinder angeordnet sind, während in den Zustellzylindern an den Führungsholmen vorgesehene Kolben geführt sind.



   Da somit Zustellvorrichtungen und Holme im Abstand von der düsenseitigen Formträgerplatte angeordnet sind, kann die Zugänglichkeit der düsenabgekehrten Seite dieser Platte ohne Schwierigkeiten gewährleistet werden.



   In den beiliegenden Zeichnungen ist die Erfindung beispielsweise dargestellt; es zeigt:
Fig. 1 schematisch eine Seitenansicht der an der Rückseite der düsenseitigen Formträgerplatte angeordneten Maschinenaggregate und
Fig. 2 einen horizontalen Schnitt durch das Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1.



   Die gezeichnete Kunststoff-Spritzgiessmaschine besitzt analog dem im Hauptpatent gezeichneten Beispiel eine auf dem Maschinengestellt 61 abgestützte feststehende Formträgerplatte 62 mit zentraler Plattenöffnung. Beidseits dieser Plattenöffnung und mit axialem Abstand sind an der Formträgerplatte 62 Führungsholme 64 befestigt. Die am formabgekehrten Ende mittels Stützen 65 auf dem Maschinengestell 61 gelagerten Führungsholme 64 durchsetzen eine Führungsplatte 87 und je einen Zustellzylinder 88, die seitlich und einander diametral gegenüberliegend an einem zur Spritzaxe a koaxialen Spritzzylinder 90 der hydraulischen Spritzeinrichtung angeordnet sind. In den Zustellzylindern 88 sind die Holme 64 mit Kolben 66 versehen.

  Formseitig sind die Führungsholme 64 im Abstand von der Formträgerplatte 62 mittels Schrauben 67 an Traversen 68 befestigt, die ihrerseits mittels Schraubenbolzen 69, die durch Distanzhülsen 70 führen, an der Formträgerplatte 62 befestigt sind. Der zwischen den Distanzhülsen 70 bzw. den Traversen 68 nach hinten führende, die Schnecke 73 enthaltende Zylinder 71 der Plastifiziervorrichtung 79 ist mittels eines Flanschstückes 72 an einem   Zwischenflansch    77 befestigt, der über Zwischenstück 97, 98 am Spritzzylinder 90 befestigt ist. Der innerhalb der Zwischenstücke 97, 98 liegende, nach aussen offene Raum 102 steht mit einer zentralen Konusausnehmung 104 im Zwischenflansch 77 in Verbindung.

   Der formabgekehrte Endteil der Schnecke 73 ist analog dem Beispiel des Hauptpatentes am zylindrischen Kopf 106a einer Antriebswelle 106 befestigt, die im hohlen   Spritzkolben    105 und in der Führungsplatte 87 gelagert ist. An dieser Führungsplatte 87 ist einerseits der Spritzkolben 105 und anderseits der die Welle 106 antreibende Hydromotor 110 befestigt.



   Durch die beschriebene Anordnung und Ausbildung der hydraulischen Spritzeinrichtung und der Zustellvorrichtung bleibt auf der formabgekehrten Seite der feststehenden Formträgerplatte 62 genügend Raum, um bei zurückgezogener Spritzeinrichtung bzw. Spritzdüse die einwandfreie Zugänglichkeit zur Angusspartie der Form bzw. zur Düse zu gewährleisten.

   The present invention proposes an improvement of this design in the sense that, despite the compact design, access to the side of the mold carrier plate facing away from the nozzle is not obstructed, so that when the nozzle is retracted, the sprue section of the mold and the nozzle itself are easily accessible from this side of the plate. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the bars are attached at a distance from the nozzle-side mold carrier plate on cross members, which in turn are fastened to the mold carrier plate, the cylinders of the feed devices being arranged diametrically opposite one another on the injection cylinder, while those provided in the feed cylinders on the guide rails Pistons are guided.



   Since feed devices and bars are thus arranged at a distance from the nozzle-side mold carrier plate, the accessibility of the side of this plate facing away from the nozzle can be ensured without difficulty.



   The invention is illustrated by way of example in the accompanying drawings; it shows:

   The plastic injection molding machine shown has, analogously to the example shown in the main patent, a fixed mold carrier plate 62 supported on the machine frame 61 with a central plate opening. Guide bars 64 are attached to the mold carrier plate 62 on both sides of this plate opening and at an axial distance. The guide bars 64 mounted on the machine frame 61 at the opposite end by means of supports 65 pass through a guide plate 87 and a feed cylinder 88 each, which are arranged laterally and diametrically opposite one another on an injection cylinder 90 of the hydraulic injection device that is coaxial to the injection axis a. In the infeed cylinders 88, the bars 64 are provided with pistons 66.

  On the mold side, the guide bars 64 are fastened at a distance from the mold carrier plate 62 by means of screws 67 to cross members 68, which in turn are fastened to the mold carrier plate 62 by means of screw bolts 69 that lead through spacer sleeves 70. The cylinder 71 of the plasticizing device 79, which leads to the rear between the spacer sleeves 70 or the cross members 68 and contains the screw 73, is fastened by means of a flange piece 72 to an intermediate flange 77 which is fastened to the injection cylinder 90 via intermediate pieces 97, 98. The space 102, which is located inside the intermediate pieces 97, 98 and is open to the outside, is connected to a central conical recess 104 in the intermediate flange 77.

   The end part of the screw 73 facing away from its shape is fastened, analogously to the example of the main patent, to the cylindrical head 106a of a drive shaft 106 which is mounted in the hollow injection plunger 105 and in the guide plate 87. The injection piston 105 on the one hand and the hydraulic motor 110 driving the shaft 106 on the other hand are fastened to this guide plate 87.



   Due to the described arrangement and design of the hydraulic spray device and the feed device, there is enough space on the opposite side of the fixed mold carrier plate 62 to ensure perfect accessibility to the sprue section of the mold or the nozzle when the spray device or spray nozzle is withdrawn.

PATENTANSPRUCH PATENT CLAIM Kunststoff-Spritzgiessmaschine mit hydraulisch betätigter Plastifizier- und Einspritzschnecke nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 4 des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Holme (64) im Abstand von der düsenartigen Formträgerplatte (62) an Traversen (68) befestigt sind, die ihrerseits an der Formträgerplatte (62) befestigt sind, wobei die Zylinder (88) der Zustellvorrichtungen (63) einander diametral gegenüberliegend am Spritzzylinder (90) angeordnet sind, während in den Zustellzylindern (88) an den Führungs- holmen (64) vorgesehene Kolben (66) geführt sind.
