L'objet de la présente invention est un emballage pour le transport et la présentation d'au moins une mon tre-bracelet
Constitué d'une matière en feuille pliée, il se compose d'une pièce de présentation ayant au moins un logement en forme de gouttière, destiné à contenir une montre-bracelet, et dont chaque extrémité se termine par un chapeau la coiffant et auquel est articulé une languette pénétrant dans le profil de la gouttière correspondante, et d'un étui, dans lequel l'ensemble précité peut être enfilé pour former un emballage protégeant la ou les montres qu'il renferme.
La matière en feuille sera de préférence du carton, une matière synthétique, avec ou sans ornements, colorée ou non.
Le dessin annexé représente une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention, donnée à titre d'exemple, et quelques variantes.
La fig. 1 est une vue partielle, en perspective, de l'emballage selon la forme d'exécution représentée, destinée à contenir une seule montre-bracelet.
La fig. 2 est une coupe transversale de la pièce intérieure présentant le logement en forme de gouttière.
La fig. 3 est une vue d'un chapeau en coiffant une extrémité, et de sa languette.
La fig. 4 est une coupe longitudinale partielle de l'emballage contenant une montre-bracelet.
La fig. 5 se rapporte à une variante permettant d'utiliser la partie intérieure de l'emballage, sans l'étui, dans le but d'exposer la montre-bracelet qu'elle contient.
La fig. 6 est une coupe transversale semblabe à celle de la fig. 2, montrant comment procéder en vue d'adapter le logement en forme de gouttière pour lui permettre de recevoir des montre-bracelet de différentes grandeurs.
Les figs. 7 à 9 sont des coupes transversales se rapportant à divers profils, celui de la fig. 9 présentant quatre logements en forme de gouttière et pouvant ainsi recevoir quatre montres.
L'emballage représenté à la fig. 1 se compose d'une pièce intérieure centrale allongée 1, présentant, entre deux parois latérales 2 et 3, un logement 4 en forme de gouttière et servant à la présentation.
Cette pièce est coiffée, à chaque extrémité, d'un chapeau tel que 5, en épousant le profil, sur lequel il s'emboîte exactement.
Un étui 6 est enfin prévu, capable de contenir le tout, lequel peut être enfilé dans cet étui en sorte de constituer alors un emballage fermé, l'ensemble pouvant être comparé à une boîte d'allumettes très allongée par rapport à sa section.
Tous les éléments que l'on vient de décrire sont obtenus par simple pliage d'une matière en feuille, par exemple avec agrafage ou collage.
Les profils sont assez clairement dessinés pour que ces pliages ne posent pas de problèmes à l'homme du métier, par exemple au cartonnier et la portion arrachée en 6 de la fig. 1, aide à la compréhension du genre de montage prévu.
Pour l'élégance de la forme, la pièce 1 et ses chapeaux 5 ont des faces latérales extérieures inclinées, la section transversale de la pièce 1 s'inscrivant ainsi dans un trapèze.
Du côté orienté vers le centre de la pièce 1, chaque chapeau 5 présentera une languette articulée 7 pénétrant ou pendant dans la gouttière et jusqu'au fond de cette dernière (voir figs. 1 et 3).
La fig. 4 explique en particulier l'utilité de cette languette:
Dans la gouttière 4, vue en coupe longitudinale, est posée une montra-bracelet, dont on aperçoit partiellement la montre en 8 et l'un des brins 9 du bracelet.
Comme on le voit, l'extrémité libre de ce dernier a été poussée dans le chapeau 5, par-dessous la languette 7, qui s'est inclinée en conséquence. Or, dans cette position inclinée, la languette s'oppose à un retrait du bracelet, qui peut avancer mais non reculer, qui en est prisonnier. Pour le retirer il faut, avec le doigt, repousser la languette en sorte de l'incliner encore plus et de créer ainsi l'espace nécessaire au libre glissement du bracelet.
n résulte de ce que l'on vient de dire, que les deux brins du bracelet étant ainsi retenus par les languettes des chapeaux des deux extrémités, la montre-bracelet est maintenue dans la gouttière, dont elle ne peut s'échapper.
Gouttière, chapeaux et montre forment un tout que l'on peut introduire ou extraire à volonté de l'étui protecteur 6 que, pour plus de simplicité, on exécutera de section rectangulaire capable d'entourer le profil trapézoïdal que l'on vient de décrire et qui n'lest pas à considérer comme un profil limitatif de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 5 montre qu'en prévoyant dans le fond de la pièce en forme de gouttière une lame 10 articulée partiellement détachable, à la façon des pieds dont on complète certains cadres pour photographies, il est possible, l'étui 6 étant enlevé, de dresser le surplus en vue par exemple d'exposer une montre dans la vitrine d'un étalage.
Les montresbracelet pouvant présenter des dimensions variables, on y adaptera très facilement l'emballage décrit en plaçant une pièce intermédiaire dans la gouttière.
La coupe de la fig. 6 montre une telle pièce 11, obtenue par simple pliage d'une bande de matière en feuillue.
R sera dans ce cas facile d'adapter la dimension des languettes 7 à la nouvelle section de gouttière obtenue, par exemple en les coupant.
Le profil extérieur de l'étui peut naturellement aussi jouer en rôle dans la présentation de l'ensemble. Au lieu de lui donner une simple forme parallélipipédique, comme en fig. 1, on peut lui conférer tel profil que l'on voudra, par exemple triangulaire comme en 12 à la fig. 7 ou ovale, comme en 13 à la fig. 8.
Il est aussi possible de prévoir des pliages permettant d'obtenir plusieurs gouttières pour la présentation simultanée de plusieurs montres.
La coupe transversale de la fig. 9 montre, à titre d'exemple, une disposition en carré, avec quatre logements 14 en forme de gouttière, également obtenue par pliage d'une matière en feuillue.

The object of the present invention is a packaging for the transport and presentation of at least one mon tre-bracelet
Made of a folded sheet material, it consists of a presentation piece having at least one housing in the form of a gutter, intended to contain a wristwatch, and each end of which ends in a cap covering it and to which is hinged a tongue penetrating into the profile of the corresponding channel, and a case, in which the aforementioned assembly can be slipped to form a package protecting the watch or watches it contains.
The sheet material will preferably be cardboard, a synthetic material, with or without embellishments, colored or not.
The appended drawing represents an embodiment of the subject of the invention, given by way of example, and some variants.
Fig. 1 is a partial perspective view of the packaging according to the embodiment shown, intended to contain a single wristwatch.
Fig. 2 is a cross section of the interior part having the housing in the form of a gutter.
Fig. 3 is a view of a hat covering one end, and its tongue.
Fig. 4 is a partial longitudinal section of the packaging containing a wristwatch.
Fig. 5 relates to a variant making it possible to use the interior part of the packaging, without the case, for the purpose of exhibiting the wristwatch it contains.
Fig. 6 is a cross section similar to that of FIG. 2, showing how to proceed in order to adapt the gutter-shaped housing to allow it to receive wristwatches of different sizes.
Figs. 7 to 9 are cross sections relating to various profiles, that of FIG. 9 having four gutter-shaped housings and can thus receive four watches.
The packaging shown in fig. 1 consists of an elongated central interior part 1, having, between two side walls 2 and 3, a housing 4 in the form of a gutter and used for presentation.
This piece is capped, at each end, with a hat such as 5, following the profile, on which it fits exactly.
A case 6 is finally provided, capable of containing the whole, which can be slipped into this case so as to constitute a closed package, the whole being able to be compared to a box of matches very elongated with respect to its section.
All the elements which have just been described are obtained by simple folding of a sheet material, for example with stapling or gluing.
The profiles are clearly enough drawn so that these folds do not pose any problems to those skilled in the art, for example to the cardboard maker and the portion torn off at 6 in FIG. 1, helps to understand the type of assembly planned.
For the elegance of the form, part 1 and its caps 5 have inclined outer side faces, the cross section of part 1 thus forming part of a trapezoid.
On the side facing the center of the part 1, each cap 5 will have an articulated tongue 7 penetrating or hanging into the gutter and to the bottom of the latter (see figs. 1 and 3).
Fig. 4 explains in particular the usefulness of this tab:
In the gutter 4, seen in longitudinal section, is placed a wristwatch, of which the watch can be seen partially at 8 and one of the strands 9 of the bracelet.
As can be seen, the free end of the latter has been pushed into the cap 5, below the tongue 7, which has tilted accordingly. However, in this inclined position, the tongue opposes a withdrawal of the bracelet, which can advance but not retreat, which is trapped therein. To remove it, push back the tab with your finger so as to tilt it even more and thus create the space necessary for the bracelet to slide freely.
It follows from what has just been said, that the two strands of the bracelet being thus retained by the tabs of the caps at the two ends, the wristwatch is held in the gutter, from which it cannot escape.
Gutter, hats and watch form a whole which can be introduced or extracted at will from the protective case 6 which, for greater simplicity, will be made of rectangular section capable of surrounding the trapezoidal profile which has just been described. and which is not to be considered as a limiting profile of the subject of the invention.
Fig. 5 shows that by providing in the bottom of the gutter-shaped part a partially detachable articulated blade 10, like the feet with which certain frames for photographs are completed, it is possible, the case 6 being removed, to draw up the surplus for example to exhibit a watch in the window of a display.
Since wristwatches can have variable dimensions, the packaging described can be very easily adapted to them by placing an intermediate piece in the gutter.
The section of FIG. 6 shows such a part 11, obtained by simply folding a strip of leafy material.
R will in this case be easy to adapt the dimension of the tongues 7 to the new gutter section obtained, for example by cutting them.
The outer profile of the case can naturally also play a role in the presentation of the whole. Instead of giving it a simple parallelepiped shape, as in fig. 1, one can give it such a profile as one wishes, for example triangular as in 12 in FIG. 7 or oval, as at 13 in fig. 8.
It is also possible to provide folds making it possible to obtain several gutters for the simultaneous presentation of several watches.
The cross section of FIG. 9 shows, by way of example, a square arrangement, with four housing 14 in the form of a gutter, also obtained by folding a leaf material.
