Description
La fig. 1 en est une vue de profil en élévation avec coupe partielle, l'enveloppe étant dans le four revu;
la fig. 2 en est une vue de profil en élévation avec coupe partielle, l'enveloppe étant dans une position intermédiaire;
la fig. 3 en est une vue de profil en élévation avec coupe partielle, l'enveloppe étant sortie du four revu;
la fig. 4 est un détail agrandi de la fig. 1;
la fig. 5 représente le détail de la fig. 4 au cours du déplacement de l'enveloppe dans le fourreau;
la fig. 6 est un détail agrandi de la fig. 2;
Packaging for cigarettes or cigars
The present invention relates to a packaging for cigarettes or cigars, characterized in that it comprises a strip shaped so as to form a sleeve in which is slipped an envelope having a side wall closed, on the one hand, by a bottom fixed, and, on the other hand, by means of two caps arranged facing each other and pivoting on the edges of two parallel faces of said side wall, a tab being fixed respectively to each cap of a on the one hand, and, on the other hand, against each of the corresponding inner faces of the sleeve, so that when the casing is pushed out of the latter, said tabs retain the two caps which pivot around their fixing.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a side elevational view thereof in partial section, the casing being in the revised oven;
fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof in partial section, the casing being in an intermediate position;
fig. 3 is a side elevational view thereof in partial section, the casing having taken out of the revised oven;
fig. 4 is an enlarged detail of FIG. 1;
fig. 5 shows the detail of FIG. 4 during movement of the envelope in the sheath;
fig. 6 is an enlarged detail of FIG. 2;
fig. 7 is a section on I-I of FIG. 4.
The packaging shown comprises a sheath 1 formed by a strip of material folded and glued; inside the latter is slid an envelope 2 having a side wall 3 closed, on the one hand, by a fixed bottom 4, and, on the other hand, by means of two caps 5 placed opposite one of the other.
Each cap 5 has a vertical transverse wall 6 connected at right angles to a horizontal transverse wall 7, these walls being provided at their ends with two partitions 8. The caps 5 are mounted to pivot on the edges of two parallel faces 9 and 10 from the side wall 3.
A tongue 11 is cut respectively in each of the faces 9 and 10 of the side wall 3 and in the vertical transverse walls 6 of the caps 5. Each of said tongues 11 has a transverse fold 12 and is glued against the inner face of the sleeve 1 corresponding to the faces 9 and 10 of the side wall 3 of the casing 2.
It is intended to execute the envelope 2 and the caps 5 in a single sheet of material cut, folded and glued.
It is also planned to make the sheath and the envelope of cardboard or plastic.
The packaging shown, particularly intended to contain cigarettes or cigars not shown, is used as follows:
The envelope 2 is pushed out of the sleeve 1 by acting on the bottom 4 of said envelope in the direction of the arrow 13. The tongues 11, glued against the inner faces of the sleeve 1, are retained by the latter while the envelope moves, which causes the opening of the folds 12, fig. 2, 5 and 6.
The opening of the folds 12 allows the casing 2 to be pushed out of the sheath 1 to release the vertical walls 6 from the caps 5. By continuing to push the bottom 4 in the direction of the arrow 13, the caps 5 are pivoted in the direction of the arrows 14, fig. 3, this pivoting being due to the fact that the tongues 1 1 retain the horizontal transverse walls 7 of the caps 5 while the vertical transverse walls 6 of the latter are pushed by the faces 9 and 10 of the side wall 3 of the casing 2 .
To close the packaging, all you have to do is fold the caps 5 in the opposite direction of the arrows 14, then push the envelope 2 back in the opposite direction of the arrow 13. By entering the sleeve 1, the envelope 2 drives the tongues 1 1 whose folds 12 are reformed.
