Description

  

  Einrichtung zum Feststellen von     Abdeckplatten    bei Haushaltgeräten    Zum Feststellen von     Abdeckplatten    bei Haushalt  geräten, z. B. Herden, werden meist Stützgelenke ver  wendet, die über     Langlochführungen    und Rastkerben  eine Stützverriegelung gestatten. Derartige Stützverrie  gelungen haben den Nachteil, dass zusätzlich Elemente  benötigt werden, die in den Arbeitsbereich, insbesondere  in die Herdmulde, wenn auch nur ein geringes Stück,  hineinragen.  



  Die Erfindung     betrifft    eine Einrichtung zum Fest  stellen von     Abdeckplatten    in der     Offenstellung    bei Haus  haltgeräten, wie Herden, unter Verwendung eines mit  der     Abdeckplatte    verbundenen     Scharnierteiles    und eines  zugehörigen Lagerbockes.

       Gemäss    der Erfindung ist die  Einrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet,     dass    dem Lager  bock ein federndes Rastteil zugeordnet ist, mit dem ein  mit dem     Scharnierteil    bewegter Nocken in der Offen  stellung     verrastet.    Das Rastteil wird vorteilhaft als ge  prägtes Federblatt     ausgebildet    und bei der Montage  dem Lagerbock teilweise unterlegt. Besonders     vorteilhaft     ist es, den Rastnocken an das dem Lagerbock zugehörige       Scharnierteil,    das mit der     Abdeckplatte    verbunden ist,       anzuformen.     



  Anhand der Zeichnung sei ein Ausführungsbeispiel  der Neuerung beschrieben.  



  Die     Fig.    1 zeigt im Auf- und die     Fig.    2 im Grund  riss eine Ecke eines Elektroherdes bzw. einer Herd  mulde 1, an der über einen Lagerbock 2 und ein       Scharnierteil    3 eine Abdeckung 4 befestigt ist. Zur Ver  bindung des Lagerbockes 2 mit der Herdmulde 1 dient  eine zentrisch angeordnete Schraube 5. Die Schrauben 6  verbinden die     Abdeckplatten    4 mit dem     Scharnierteil    3.  Das     Scharnierteil    3 hat     eine        Ausnehmung    7 eingeformt,  so dass es sich um den Lagerbock 2 schwenken lässt.

    Die Verbindung zwischen dem     Scharnierteil    3 und dem  Lagerbock 2 stellt ein     Spannstift    8 her, der zentrisch  einen U-förmig gebogenen Bügel 9 aufnimmt. Der  Schenkel 10 dieses Bügels 9 ist verkürzt, so dass er  seitlich des Lagerbockes 2 in der     Ausnehmung    des       Scharnierteiles    3 einzugreifen vermag.

   Beim Anheben    der Abdeckung 4 wird der Bügel 9 zusammen mit dem       Scharnierteil    3 um die     Scharnierachse    gedreht und dabei  der Schenkel 10 nach unten     bewegt,    so dass er als  Nocken     wirkend    mit einer Prägung 11 eines dem Lager  bock 2 unterlegten Federblattes 12     verrastet.     



       "Selbstverständlich    lässt sich anstelle eines Bügels 9  auch ein anderer mit dem     Scharnierteil    3     bewegter     Nocken verwenden. So kann insbesondere das Schar  nierteil 3 selbst einen entsprechend     angeformten    Nocken  aufweisen.

       According to the invention, the device is characterized in that the bearing block is assigned a resilient latching part with which a cam moved with the hinge part latches in the open position. The locking part is advantageously designed as a ge embossed spring leaf and partially underlaid the bearing block during assembly. It is particularly advantageous to form the latching cam onto the hinge part belonging to the bearing block, which is connected to the cover plate.



  An exemplary embodiment of the innovation will be described with reference to the drawing.



  Fig. 1 shows in plan and Fig. 2 in the ground ripped a corner of an electric cooker or a cooker trough 1, on which a cover 4 is attached via a bearing block 2 and a hinge part 3. A centrally arranged screw 5 serves to connect the bearing block 2 to the hob 1. The screws 6 connect the cover plates 4 to the hinge part 3. The hinge part 3 has a recess 7 formed so that it can be pivoted about the bearing block 2.

    The connection between the hinge part 3 and the bearing block 2 is established by a dowel pin 8 which centrally receives a U-shaped bent bracket 9. The leg 10 of this bracket 9 is shortened so that it is able to engage in the recess of the hinge part 3 at the side of the bearing block 2.

   When the cover 4 is lifted, the bracket 9 is rotated together with the hinge part 3 about the hinge axis and the leg 10 is moved downwards so that it latches, acting as a cam, with an embossing 11 of a spring leaf 12 placed under the bearing block 2.



       "Of course, instead of a bracket 9, another cam moved with the hinge part 3 can also be used. In particular, the hinge part 3 itself can have a correspondingly molded cam.
