Description
Steckkupplung für Druckrohre Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Steckkupplung für Druckrohre, welche sich dadurch auszeichnet, @dass eine mit ihren gegenüberliegenden Enden die zu verbindenden koaxial angeordneten Rohrenden :umschliessende Hülse einen die beiden Rohrenden voneinander ;
distanzierenden Einschnü- rungsgürtel sowie zwei ,abstandsweise von ;diesem Gürtel angebrachte, gegen aussen konisch zulaufende Ausbauchungen ;aufweist, in welche Gummiringe ein gesetzt sind, de das Einführen der Rohrenden in die Hülse praktisch ,nicht hindern, dagegen einem Austreten der Rohre durch Keilwirkung entgegen wirken.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Aus führungsform, einer erfindungsgemässen Steckkupp lung :dargestellt. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Axialschnitt durch die Steckkupp lung vorderen Inbetriebsetzung und Fi,g. 2 einen Axialschnitt :durch die Steckkupp- lung nach ideren Inbetriebsetzung.
In der Zeichnung bezeichnet h eine Hülse, in welche von gegenüberliegenden Seiten die beiden Enden der miteinander .zu kuppelnden koaxial ange ordneten Rohre f und g eingesetzt :
sind. In ihrer Mitte besitzt die Hülse h einen Einschnürungsgürtel <I>i,</I> der die Enden der Rohre f und g in der Mitte der Hülse etwas voneinander distanziert. An den Enden :der Hülse h :und somit abstandsweise vom Ein- schnürungsgürtel i sind ;
an der Hülse zwei von der Hülse weg konisch zulaufende Ausbauchungen k und s ,angeordnet, die mit den in @die, Hülse h ein geschobenen Rohren f :und g zwei konische Küm mern t und v .bilden.
In diese ;Kammern sind Gummi- ringe <I>m</I> und<I>n</I> mit kreisförmigem Profilquerschnitt eingesetzt, ;deren Durchmesser ;denjenigen der ein geschobenen :Rohre f und g übersteigt, so @dass diese Ringe <I>m</I> und<I>n</I> ;
das Einschieben der Rohre f und g in die Hülse h @durch die jeweilige Öffnung der Ringe <I>m</I> ;bzw. <I>n</I> nicht merklich hindert. Die Ringe<I>m</I> und n werden :dabei durch eine Schulter am Anfang der konischen Ausbauchung k bzw. s .am :
Eindringen in ,die Hülse h gehindert.
Wenn beim Durchfluss von Wasser z. E. .in Rich tung ider ;Pfelle P durch die dargestellte Steckkupp- lung sich das Rohr f unter ;
der Wirkung des Wasser druckes vom Rohr g zu entfernen sucht, so ist ihm .dies um die Strecke x+z (Fig. 2) möglich, wobei ider Ring <I>m</I> in Iden engeren Teil der Kammer <I>t</I> gepresst wird,
soweit es !seine hierbei .auftretende Verformung unter Odem herrschenden Druck zulässt.
Während der Ring m ;sich gegen die in Fig. 2 mit m' bezeichnete Stellung bewegt, .entsteht durch die Verschiebung des Rohres f :
bezüglich der Hülse <I>h</I> eine zunehmende Kraft, durch welche bei der nun auftretenden relativen Verschiebung z ,zwischen Hülse <I>h</I> und .Rohr g auch ider Gummiring<I>n</I> verformt wird (n').
In der in Fig. 2 dargestellten Lage der Teile, die sich auch durch ein plötzliches Auseinander zerren der in idie Hülse eingeführten Rohre erzielen lässt, kann idie .Kupplung infolge der Keilwirkung der Ringe <I>m</I> und<I>n</I> nicht mehr gelöst werden.
