Description
Elektrischer Scheibenwischerantriebsmotor Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Schei- benwischerantriebsmotor mit einem Stator, dessen Erregung einseitig zum Rotor zwischen den Pol schuhen gelegen ist. Bei Scheibenwischerantrieben ist es erforderlich, die Antriebsgeräusche möglichst weit gehend zu reduzieren. Diese Geräusche rühren bei bekannten Scheibenwischern u. a. daher, dass auf den Anker während der Rotation vom magnetischen Feld her eine resultierende Kraft wirkt, die senkrecht zur Ankerwelle steht.
Nach der Erfindung ist ein Motor für einen elek trischen Scheibenwischerantrieb mit einem z. B. huf eisenförmigen Stator, dessen Erregung einseitig zum Rotor zwischen den Polschuhen gelegen ist, derart gestaltet, dass sich der Luftspalt bei beiden Polschuhen zum Ort der Erregung hin derart sichelförmig erwei tert, dass die Normalkomponente der Luftspaltinduk- tion über den gesamten Polschuh annähernd konstant ist, um einen einseitigen Zug des Ankers in Richtung zur Erregung hin zu vermeiden.
Die Sichelform ist abhängig von der übrigen Form der beiden hufeisenförmigen Erregerpole und lässt sich ohne weiteres graphisch ermitteln.
Die Erfindung wird nun anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung, in der ein Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt ist, näher erläutert. In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 der Anker bezeichnet, der eine gerade Zahl von Nuten 2 aufweist. Der Stator ist huf eisenförmig ausgebildet und besteht aus einem Per manentmagneten 3 und den beiden Polschuhen 4 und 5. Die Luftspalte 6 und 7 zwischen den Polschuhen 4 und 5 und dem Anker 1 erweitern sich zum Magneten 3 sichelförmig. Dieser sichelförmige Luftspalt ist so bemessen, dass eine radial-symmetrische Induktion entsteht.
Der längere Eisenweg für die aussen ge legenen Übergangsstellen wird dabei dadurch aus geglichen, dass der Luftspalt an diesen Stellen beson ders schmal ist.

B. hoof iron-shaped stator, the excitation of which is located on one side of the rotor between the pole pieces, designed in such a way that the air gap in both pole pieces widens towards the location of the excitation in such a sickle-shaped manner that the normal component of the air gap induction is almost constant over the entire pole piece is to avoid a one-sided pull of the armature towards the excitation.
The sickle shape depends on the rest of the shape of the two horseshoe-shaped exciter poles and can easily be determined graphically.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which an exemplary embodiment is shown. In Fig. 1, 1 denotes the armature, which has an even number of 2 grooves. The stator is iron-shaped and consists of a Per manentmagneten 3 and the two pole pieces 4 and 5. The air gaps 6 and 7 between the pole pieces 4 and 5 and the armature 1 widen to the magnet 3 sickle-shaped. This sickle-shaped air gap is dimensioned in such a way that a radially symmetrical induction is created.
The longer iron path for the external transition points is compensated for by the fact that the air gap is particularly narrow at these points.
