  Vorrichtung zum   Verschweifien    von Rohren und Verbindungsteilen aus Kunststoff
Die vorliegende Neuerung hat eine Vorrichtung zum Verschweissen von Rohren und Verbindungsteilen aus Kunststoff zum Gegen stand.



   Gemäss der Neuerung weist die Vorrichtung zwei beheizbare Stellen auf, wovon eine derselben als Zapfen zum Einschieben in einen Verbindungsteil und die andere als Hohlraum zur Aufnahme eines Kunststoffrohres ausgebildet ist.



   In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele dargestellt, und es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine von innen beheizte   Eeizvor-    richtung,
Fig. 2 eine Ausführung mit   elektrischem    Heizelement,
Fig. 3 eine Ausführung mit einer fremclbeheizten   Steddiülse.   



   In der Fig. 1 ist eine Heizvorrichtung 1 mit zwei   Heizpartien    dargestellt, wovon eine derselben als   Heizzapfen    2 und eine als Heizbüchse 3 ausgebildet sind. Die   ITeizvorrich-    tung 1 wird mittels einer Flamme 4 eines Brenners 5, welcher durch eine Eintrittsöffnung 6 in die Heizvorrichtung 1 hineinragt, von innen her aufgeheizt. Die   Eintrittsöff-    nung 6 ist so gross gewählt, dass sie zugleich als   Ansaugöffnung    für die zur Verbrennung notwendigen Luft dient. Die   Entlüftung    bzw. der Austritt der verbrannten Gase kann durch eine Entlüftungsöffnung 10 erfolgen, welche in der Heizvorrichtung 1 auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der   Eintrittsöffnng    6   auge    ordnet ist.

   Dadurch wird der Wärmestrom durch die ganze Vorrichtung geleitet.



   Der Brenner 5 ist an einem an der Heizvorrichtung 1 angeordneten Arm 7 mit zwei   lAIuttern    8 befestigt. Ein Lappen 9 ist an der   Heizvorrichtung    so angeordnet, dass er in einen nicht dargestellten Schraubstock oder dergleiehen eingespannt werden kann.



   Über den Heizzapfen 2 werden Verbindungsteile 11 geschoben und durch die übertragene Wärme des Heizzapfens 2 erhitzt und die innere Randzone auf   Schmelz- bzw.   



  Schweisstemperatur gebracht.



   In die Heizbüchse 3 wird ein Ende eines zu verschweissenden Kunststoffrohres 12 eingesehoben. Dureh die von der   Heizbüehse    3 übertragene Wärme wird die äussere Umfangszone auf Schmelz bzw. Schweisstemperatur erhitzt.



   Ist die Schweisstemperatur im Verbindungsteil 11 und im   Kunststoffrohr    12 erreicht, so werden dieselben von der Heizvor  richtung    1 bzw. den Heizpartien 2, 3 entfernt und ihrerseits zusammengeschoben, wodurch sie sich in der   schmelzflüssigen    Randzone verbinden und   wÅahrend    dem Erkalten verschweissen.



     Fig. 2    zeigt eine andere Ausführungsart der Neuerung. Ein   Heizrohr    13, dessen eines Ende einen Aussendurchmesser aufweist, der dem Innendurchmesser des Verbindungsteils 11   entspricht, und    dessen anderes Ende einen Innendurehmesser aufweist, der dem Aussen  durchmesser des Kunststoffrohres 12 entspricht, trägt ein in einem Gehäuse 14 zuzusammengehaltenes elektrisches Heizelement 15, das über die   Leitungsanschlüsse    16 an das elektrische Netz angeschlossen werden kann und das Heizrohr 13 erwärmt. Das Gehäuse 14 ist mit einem Handgriff 17 versehen. Das Heizelement 15 könnte auch in das Heizrohr 13 eingeschlossen werden und dieses von innen her aufheizen.



   Das vorgeheizte Heizrohr 13 wird über das Kunststoffrohr 12 geschoben, bis dessen   äussere    Randzone die   Schmelz-    bzw.   Schweiss-    temperatur erreicht hat. Ebenso kann das vorgeheizte Heizrohr 13 in den Verbindungsteil 11 eingesteckt werden, so dass dessen   in-    nere Randzone auf   Schmelz- bzw.    Schweisstemperatur erwärmt wird. Die beiden Organe 11, 12 werden nach dem Entfernen des Heizrohres 13 ineinandergeschoben und verschweisst   durch    Erkalten der Kunststoffmasse.



   Eine weitere   Ausführlmgsart    der Neue  rung    wird in   Fig. 3    gezeigt, in weicher eine Steckhülse 18, die durch eine nicht dargestellte Heizquelle auf   Rotglut    erhitzt   wllrde,    in oder über den Verbindungsteil 11 bzw. das   Ilnststofrohr    12 geschoben wird und diese Organe 11, 12 in ihrer, die   Steckhülse    18 berührenden Randzone auf   Schmelz    bzw.



     Schweisstemperatur    gebracht werden Nach dem Entfernen der   Stechhülse    18 werden die Organe 11, 12 ineinandergeschoben   und    verschweisst.



   Die   Stecldlülse    18 wird mittels eines Handgriffes 17 getragen. Die Heizquelle, die zur Erhitzung der   Steckhùlse    18 dient, kann zum Beispiel eine   Lötlainpe    oder ein Schweissbrenner sein.



   Um ein Kleben des   Verschraubungstcils    und des Kunststoffrohres mit der Heizvorrichtung zu verhindern, wird ein Schutzmittel verwendet.



   Die vorliegende   Neuerung    einer Vorrichtung zum Verschweissen von Rohren und Verbindungsteilen aus Kunststoff hat den Vorteil, dass sie es ermöglicht, an Ort und Stelle der   Rohrmontage    die Verschweissung vorzunehmen und mittels einem einfachen, handlichen Gerät die Arbeit auszuführen ist.

   In the drawing, exemplary embodiments are shown, and show:

3 shows an embodiment with an externally heated socket.



   1 shows a heating device 1 with two heating sections, one of which is designed as a heating plug 2 and one as a heating sleeve 3. The heating device 1 is heated from the inside by means of a flame 4 of a burner 5 which protrudes through an inlet opening 6 into the heating device 1. The inlet opening 6 is selected to be so large that it also serves as an intake opening for the air required for combustion. The venting or the exit of the burnt gases can take place through a vent opening 10, which is arranged in the heating device 1 on the opposite side of the inlet opening 6 auge.

   As a result, the heat flow is conducted through the entire device.



   The burner 5 is fastened to an arm 7 arranged on the heating device 1 with two aluminum nuts 8. A tab 9 is arranged on the heating device in such a way that it can be clamped in a vice (not shown) or the like.



   Connecting parts 11 are pushed over the heating pin 2 and heated by the transferred heat of the heating pin 2 and the inner edge zone is exposed to melting or



  Welding temperature brought.



   One end of a plastic pipe 12 to be welded is lifted into the heating sleeve 3. Through the heat transferred from the heating sleeve 3, the outer peripheral zone is heated to melting or welding temperature.



   Once the welding temperature is reached in the connecting part 11 and in the plastic pipe 12, they are removed from the heating device 1 or the heating sections 2, 3 and pushed together in turn, whereby they connect in the molten edge zone and weld while cooling.



     Fig. 2 shows another embodiment of the innovation. A heating tube 13, one end of which has an outer diameter that corresponds to the inner diameter of the connecting part 11, and the other end of which has an inner diameter that corresponds to the outer diameter of the plastic tube 12, carries an electrical heating element 15 held together in a housing 14, which via the Line connections 16 can be connected to the electrical network and the heating tube 13 is heated. The housing 14 is provided with a handle 17. The heating element 15 could also be included in the heating tube 13 and heat it from the inside.



   The preheated heating tube 13 is pushed over the plastic tube 12 until its outer edge zone has reached the melting or welding temperature. Likewise, the preheated heating tube 13 can be inserted into the connecting part 11 so that its inner edge zone is heated to melting or welding temperature. After removing the heating tube 13, the two organs 11, 12 are pushed into one another and welded by cooling the plastic compound.



   Another embodiment of the new tion is shown in Fig. 3, in which a plug-in sleeve 18, which would be heated to red heat by a heating source, not shown, is pushed into or over the connecting part 11 or the plastic tube 12 and these organs 11, 12 in their, the receptacle 18 touching edge zone on enamel or

   The plug-in sleeve 18 is carried by means of a handle 17. The heat source, which is used to heat the socket 18, can be, for example, a soldering pencil or a welding torch.



   A protective agent is used to prevent the screw connection piece and the plastic pipe from sticking to the heating device.



   The present innovation of a device for welding pipes and connecting parts made of plastic has the advantage that it enables the welding to be carried out on the spot of the pipe assembly and the work to be carried out using a simple, handy device.

PATENTANSPRUCH Vorrichtung zum Verschweissen von Rohren und Verbindungsteilen aus Knnststoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei beheizbare Stellen angeordnet sind, wovon eine derselben als Zapfen zum Einschieben in einen Verbindungsteil und die andere als Hohlraum zur Aufnahme eines Kunststoffrohres ausgebildet ist.
