Description

Process for the dust-free production of dispersions. The object of the invention is to produce dispersions by introducing the substances to be dispersed into liquid dispersants without dust, dirt and other undesired foreign bodies entering or odor disturbances, discoloration and material losses.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the substance to be dispersed is packaged in a closed container, the material of which is soluble in the dispersant, and placed in a liquid dispersant together with the container.

The container dissolves in the liquid and its contents thereby pass to the agent forming the dispersion. The substance to be dispersed remains in the closed container until it dissolves and becomes part of the mixture.

According to this process, the introduction of the substance to be dispersed into the dispersant is completely dust-free, with the exclusion of disruptive foreign bodies, in a number of ways. The process facilitates the dosing of the substance to be dispersed, does not require any maintenance and can be carried out under all given space conditions. It can be carried out by completely inexperienced assistants.

In carrying out the invention, for. B. for the production of liquid aluminum paint is the following procedure: In a container made of paint-soluble material there is aluminum powder. The container is taken in the shape of a pouch or cone with welded connecting edges and is manufactured by injection or continuous casting.

Such containers with filling are placed in the paint, for example in the paint stirrer, in the paint to obtain the aluminum paint, and there dissolved by the solvent contained in your paint. If necessary, the containers can also be placed in a lacquer solution liquid and the lacquer substance can be subsequently added.

When the container is dissolved, its contents, d. H. -the aluminum powder; in the paint liquid or in the liquid solvent. In this way, a ready-to-use aliquot paint is formed which can be used without further ado.

Another embodiment of the invention. Consists in the use of the method for dust-free transport of metal = powder, z. B. bronze powder or aluminum powder, in liquid media with which the metal powder should bring about chemical reactions.

Example I: In the production of so-called aerated concrete, the aluminum powder, which acts as a propellant, is enclosed in a water-soluble bag, placed in an aqueous amount, which consists of water, lime and a finely powdered ash product, e.g. B. such from Thomas slag or slate flour.

When the bag dissolves, the aluminum powder is released and can react in an intended way with the water content of the mixture, producing hydrogen.

The dissolved material in the bag behaves neutrally during this process and does not take part in the reaction. Example II: Fence dust-free transfer of metal powder, in particular bronze powder and aluminum powder, into an aqueous glue solution, such as that used in the wallpaper and colored paper industry for printing, the powder turns into a water-soluble one Bag enclosed and placed in this in the glue solution.

There the bag dissolves and the powder gets into the glue solution with which it can be applied to the point of use. The dissolved material of the bag is neutral and uninvolved.
