T7 < olzsohle für Schuhe und Stiefel. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Holzsohle für :Schuhe und .Stiefel und besteht darin, dass der Sohlenrand mit einem hochkant an geordneten Schutzband bekleidet ist.
In den Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs- gegenstandes in einer Seitenansicht und einer Ansicht von unten dargestellt.
Die gezeichnete Holzsohle 1 weist am Rand des Vorderteils und des Absatzes: je eine falzförmige Ausfräsung 2, bezw. ss auf.
Die beiden Ausfräsungen erstrecken sich fast auf :die ;ganze Höhe der Sohle und neh men je ein hochkant angeordnetes Schutz band 4 bezw. 5 zum Beispiel aus Gummi auf, so dass,
.dieses an der untern Schmalseite freiliegt und mit den Laufflächen der Holz sohle bündig abschliesst. Dieses Schutzband bietet fast bis zum vollständigen Verschleiss der Holzsohle einen :Schutz gegen Ausgleiten auf glattem Boden und zugleich gegen Be schädigung des: Sohlenrandes :durch Stoss und Schlag.
Die Hochkantanordnung der Schutz bänder an der Holzsohle bietet gegenüber bekannten liegenden Anordnungen ferner denn Vorteil der leichteren Anpassung resp. Anschmiegung des Schutzbandes an :
die Rundungen des Randes der Holzsohle, der leichteren Befestigungsmöglichkeit und der erheblich längeren Lebensdauer. Bei Ver wendung von Gummi oder :einem versGhleiB- festeren Stoff als das Material der Holz sohle, wird dieses beim Gebrauch stärker abgenützt als :das Schutzband, so dass. das letztere mit :d:
ex Zeit unten. etwas über die Lauffläche der Holzsohle vorstehen und einen dauernd wirksamen Gleitschutz bilden wird.
Das Schutzband könnte auch nur aussen auf den Rand :der Holzsohle aufgesetzt sein, doch bietet das Versenken in eine falzförmige Ausfräsung :den Vorteil eines erheblich bes seren Haltes an der Holzsohle ohne über diese seitwärts vorzustehen.
