Description
Schneeschleudermaschine.
Snow blower. The snow blower according to the invention has a blower wheel which is arranged in an inclined plane on the chassis and can be driven by a motor that it protrudes the furthest forward at the bottom, so that it undermines the snow mass during operation and thereby automatically enters the blower wheel from above can fall.
Compared to the known arrangement in which the blower wheel is pressed against the snow with its entire face, this enables a considerable saving in driving force to be. a correspondingly higher work output with the same engine output.
The drawing shows an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention. It shows: FIG. 1 an elevation with partial section, and FIG. 2, on a smaller scale, a front view.
In FIG. 1, 1 denotes a frame of a low chassis, not shown in detail, on which a motor 2 is fastened, which is used specifically to drive the impeller 3 arranged on the same chassis in an inclined plane. The centrifugal wheel 3 is supported by its shaft in a rigid structure 4 of the chassis and receives its drive from the motor shaft 5 through a universal joint 6 via an engaged pair of gears 7, B.
The blower wheel 3 has a number of blades 9 which, when the snow thrower is in operation, move along a circular cone-shaped funnel to which an ejection line 11 is connected.
The centrifugal wheel is arranged in an inclined plane in such a way that it protrudes the furthest forward at the bottom. As a result, the snow wall is undermined to a certain extent when the snow blower is used by the corresponding first effective slingshot at the bottom of a snow wall, so that it will then fall from above into the centrifugal wheel to be conveyed away laterally by the same via the ejection line 11 .
At the bottom of the funnel 10 are two zag-shaped forward projecting Leit surfaces 12 connected, which bring about the attack of the sling on the snow wall in their area. The forwardly widening funnel 10 favors the falling of snow into the sling. The profile of the blades 9 follows the funnel surface in order to achieve a high delivery rate.
The locomotion of the chassis equipped with a motor and slingshot is expediently followed by a motor vehicle pushing the same in front of him.
If the motor for the Schleu is independent of the motor vehicle engine, it can also be set independently of this depending on the snow depth to be cleared in the Lei stung, unconcerned about the speed of the motor vehicle.
The inclination of the centrifugal wheel can, for. B. 30 to. 50 to the horizontal. The blades of the centrifugal wheel are expediently exchangeable on a support disk 3 'attached.
Instead of just one sling, two of them can be placed next to each other on the front of the chassis.
