Geschirrspülmaschine. Die Geschirrspülmaschine gemäss der Er findung besitzt eine beim Spülen als oberer Abschluss des Spültroges dienende Haube, die derart in den Spültrog hinein verschwenkt werden kann, dass dessen Oberseite über sichtlich und frei zugänglich wird zum Weg schieben des zur Spülung verwendeten Ge schirrkorbes mit gespültem Geschirr und zum Zuschieben eines Geschirrkorbes mit ange spültem Geschirr, welcher durch nachheriges Zurückschwenken der Haube überdeckt wer den kann, wodurch dann ein allseitig ge schlossener Spülraum gebildet wird.
Es erlaubt dies, besonders wenn in üb licher Weise an den Spültrog seitliche An bautische anschliessen, ein bequemes Ausfahren und Einfahren der Geschirrkörbe aus dem bezw. in den Spülraum. Ferner ist eine leichte .Kontrolle des Geschirres auf Sauberkeit hin durch Verachwenken der Haube in den Spül trog hinein möglich.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Aus- führungsbeispie@das Erfindungsgegenstandes in Fig. 1 im Senkrechtschnitt, und in Fig. 2 im Grundriss mit Schnitt durch die Haube.
Es bezeichnet 1 den rechteckige Form besitzenden Spültrog, an welchen auf einan der gegenüberliegenden Seiten die Anbau tische 2 und 3 anschliessen, deren Tisch flächen gegen den Spültrog hin geneigt sind. Im Unterteil des Spültroges 1 ist eine durch einen nicht gezeichneten Motor antreibbare Pumpe 4 angeordnet, welche beim Betrieb die Spülflüssigkeit durch ein Steigrohr 5 dem wagrecht im Spültrog in zwei Lagerkörpern 11 liegenden Rohr 6 zuführt.
Dem Rohr 6 ist an seinem dem Steigrohr 5 zugekehrten Ende ein Abschlussorgan zugeordnet, welches sich im betreffenden Lagerkörper 11 befindet und das Ein- und Ausschalten der Spülung ge stattet, ohne die Pumpe bezw. deren Motor abstellen zu müssen, zu welchem Zwecke das Abschlussorgan mittelst eines (nicht ge zeichneten) äussern Griffes verstellbar ist. An das Rohr 6 sind unterhalb demselben liegende Spritzrohre 7 angeschlossen. Mittelst eines Gelenkes ist an das Rohr 6 ferner ein Rohr 8 angeschlossen, das zu Spritzrohren 9 führt.
Die Spritzrohre 9 befinden sich an der Innen seite der Haube 10, die im wesentlichen einen mit Stirnwänden versehenen Halbzylinder darstellt und beim Spülen als oberer Abschluss des Spültroges dient, so dass ein allseitig ab geschlossener Spülraum geschaffen ist. Die Haube 10 ist an den ihre Stirnwände auf nehmenden Lagerkörpern 11 um das wag rechte Rohr 6 schwenkbar und ruht in Schliess stellung mit ihrem Rand 12 auf einer Ge genfläche auf. Am obern Ende des Spültroges 1 ist ein Rost 13 angeordnet, der einerends in eine innenseitig am Spültroge angebrachte Leiste 14 lösbar eingehängt ist. Ausserdem sitzt der Rost 13 auf dem wagrechten Rohr 6 auf, so dass er zwei zueinander parallel lie gende Stützstellen hat.
Die Oberseite des Rostes 13 liegt in der Höhe der ihm zu gekehrten Enden der Tischflächen beider An bautische 2 und 3.
Gemäss der Zeichnung befindet sich auf dem Rost 13 ein gefüllter Geschirrkorb 15, welcher von der Haube 10 überdeckt ist. Beim Betrieb der Pumpe 4 wird Spülflüssig keit aus den Spritzrohren 7 von unten durch den durchbrochenen Boden des Geschirrkor bes 15 hindurch und von oben aus den Spritz rohren 9 gegen den Korbinhalt geleitet, wodurch ein gründliches Bespülen des Ge- schirres im Korb 15 erreicht wird. Im Un terteil des Spültroges 1 ist ein herausnehm barer Siebboden 16 angeordnet, welcher zum Auffangen von bei der Spülarbeit sich erge benden Abgängen vom Geschirr dient, um die Spülflüssigkeit möglichst sauber zu halten.
Nach Beendigung der Spülarbeit ver- schwenkt man die Haube 10 um das Rohr 6 in der in Fig. 1 eingezeiehneten Pfeilrich tung in die strichpunktierte Stellung, in welcher sie sich gänzlich im Spültrog befin det und daher vollkommene Übersicht des Oberteils der Spülmaschine gegeben ist. Es kann nun der Geschirrkorb 15 mit dem be- spülten Geschirr ohne weiteres vom Rost 13 weg auf den linksseitigen Anbautisch 3 weg geschoben werden und der auf dem rechts seitigen Anbautisch 2 bereitgestellte, gefüllte Geschirrkorb 15' (in Fig. 2 weggelassen) auf den Rost 13 zugeschoben werden.
Nachdem dann der Geschirrkorb 15' in den Bereich des Spülraums gebracht worden ist, wird die Haube 10 in ihre frühere Stellung zurück geschwenkt und folglich der Spülraum unter Überdeckung des Geschirrkorbes 15' neuer dings abgeschlossen, worauf die Spülarbeit von neuem durchgeführt werden kann. Be hufs Zurückschwenkens der Haube 10 drückt man auf deren entsprechenden Rand, während man zwecks Verschwenkens der Haube aus der Schliessstellung in der erforderlichen Weise auf deren Zylinderfläche einwirkt. Die leeren Geschirrkörbe können hochkantig auf an den Anbautischen 2 und 3 vorgesehene Roste 2' und 3' aufgestellt werden.
Dishwasher. It denotes 1 the rectangular-shaped sink trough, to which on one of the opposite sides the cultivation tables 2 and 3 connect, the table surfaces are inclined towards the sink. In the lower part of the washing trough 1 there is arranged a pump 4, which can be driven by a motor (not shown) and which, during operation, supplies the washing liquid through a riser pipe 5 to the pipe 6 lying horizontally in the washing trough in two bearing bodies 11.
The tube 6 is assigned a closing element at its end facing the riser pipe 5, which is located in the relevant bearing body 11 and the switching on and off of the flush ge equips without the pump BEZW. having to turn off their engine, for what purpose the closing element is adjustable by means of an external handle (not shown). To the pipe 6 lying below the same spray pipes 7 are connected. A pipe 8, which leads to spray pipes 9, is also connected to pipe 6 by means of a joint.
The spray pipes 9 are located on the inside of the hood 10, which is essentially a half-cylinder provided with end walls and serves as the upper end of the wash trough when washing, so that a completely closed wash space is created. The hood 10 can be pivoted about the wag right tube 6 on the bearing bodies 11 receiving its end walls and rests in the closed position with its edge 12 on a counter surface. At the upper end of the washing tub 1, a grate 13 is arranged, which at one end is releasably suspended in a bar 14 attached to the inside of the washing tub. In addition, the grate 13 sits on the horizontal tube 6 so that it has two mutually parallel support points.
The top of the grate 13 is at the level of the ends of the table surfaces facing it on both tables 2 and 3.
According to the drawing, a filled crockery basket 15 is located on the grate 13 and is covered by the hood 10. When the pump 4 is in operation, rinsing liquid is passed from the spray pipes 7 from below through the perforated bottom of the crockery basket 15 and from above out of the spray pipes 9 against the basket contents, whereby the dishes in the basket 15 are thoroughly rinsed. In the lower part of the dish trough 1, a removable sieve bottom 16 is arranged, which serves to collect erge during the dishwashing outgoing waste from dishes to keep the washing liquid as clean as possible.
After completion of the washing work, the hood 10 is pivoted around the pipe 6 in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 1 into the dash-dotted position in which it is entirely in the sink trough and therefore a complete overview of the upper part of the dishwasher is given. The crockery basket 15 with the washed crockery can now be pushed away from the grate 13 onto the left-side add-on table 3 and the filled crockery basket 15 'provided on the right-side add-on table 2 (omitted in FIG. 2) onto the grate 13 are pushed.
After the crockery basket 15 'has been brought into the area of the washing area, the hood 10 is swiveled back into its previous position and consequently the washing area is completed with covering of the crockery basket 15', whereupon the washing work can be carried out again. When the hood 10 is pivoted back, the corresponding edge is pressed while the cylinder surface is acted upon in the required manner in order to pivot the hood out of the closed position. The empty crockery baskets can be placed upright on grids 2 'and 3' provided on the add-on tables 2 and 3.
