Description

  

      Vorrichtung    zur Befestigung Stiels am Kopf     gestielter    Schrubber     und    anderer       Reinigungsgeräte.       Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vor  richtung zur     Befestigung    des Stiels am Kopf       gestielter    Schrubber und anderer Reinigungs  geräte, wovon die Zeichnung durch     Fig.    1  in     Stirnansicht    und durch     Fig.    2 in Drauf  sicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellt.  



  Eine     Metallplatte        a,    die auf ihrer Ober  seite eine ein Stück mit ihr bildende Hülse b  zur Aufnahme des Stiels c trägt, ist an  ihren Seitenkanten     derart    zugeschnitten,       da.ss    sie nach vorn keilförmig     zuläuft        (Fig.    2).

    Im Kopf<B>d</B> des     Gemätes,    das hier in einem  Schrubber besteht, ist auf der Oberseite des  Kopfes eine im Querschnitt derart     schwalben-          schwanzförmig    profilierte Nut e eingearbei  tet, dass die Nut an den Seiten entsprechend  der Neigung der Seitenkanten -der Platte     a     zueinander nach vorn keilförmig zuläuft  und dies- und jenseits der Nut zwei einwärts  übergreifende Flanschen     e'    vorgesehen sind.  Die Platte a ist mit Gewalt in die Nut e       derart    eingetrieben, dass sie darin unverrück  bar festsitzt.

   Dabei sperren sich nicht nur  die schrägen Seitenkanten der Platte a an    den schräglaufenden Seitenwänden der Nut  e, sondern auch die Plattenoberseite     sperrt     sich an den sie übergreifenden Flanschen     e',     so dass ein festes Sitzen der     Platte    a ge  währleistet ist. Das Sitzen der Platte ist  so fest, dass es keiner besonderen Sicherungs  mittel bedarf; es wird durch das Arbeiten  nach vorn noch eher gefestigt.

The invention relates to a device for attaching the handle to the head-handled scrubber and other cleaning devices, of which the drawing by Fig. 1 in front view and by Fig. 2 in plan view represents an embodiment.



  A metal plate a, which carries a one piece with it forming sleeve b for receiving the stem c on its upper side, is cut at its side edges in such a way that it is wedge-shaped towards the front (Fig. 2).

    In the head of the device, which here consists of a scrubber, a groove e with a dovetail profile in cross section is incorporated on the top of the head so that the groove on the sides corresponds to the inclination of the side edges -the plate a tapered towards one another in a wedge-shaped manner and on both sides of the groove two inwardly overlapping flanges e 'are provided. The plate a is forcibly driven into the groove e in such a way that it is immovably stuck in it.

   Not only do the sloping side edges of the plate a lock against the sloping side walls of the groove e, but the top of the plate also locks against the flanges e 'that span it, so that the plate a is firmly seated. The seat of the plate is so firm that no special securing means are required; it is even more consolidated by working forward.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Device for fastening the handle to the head of handled scrubbers and other cleaning devices, characterized in that a plate provided with a handle sleeve tapers towards the front at the side edges and is driven so firmly into a laterally correspondingly wedge-shaped groove of the device head with overlapping flanges can that it is held by blocking on the side walls of the groove as well as on their overlapping flanges.
