Description

  

      Sehienenbremseinrichtung    bei     elektrischen        Notorwageri.       Bisher pflegte man Schienenbremsen un  mittelbar am elektrischen Motorwagen zu  befestigen. Diese Anordnung hat den Nach  teil, dass jeder Motorwagen mit einer eige  nen     Schienenbremse    versehen werden muss,  was insbesondere dann nachteilig ist, wenn  lediglich ein Teil der vom Wagen durch.       fahrenen    Strecke mit Rücksicht auf das in  diesem Streckenteil auftretende, besonders  grosse Gefälle die Verwendung einer Schie  nenbremse notwendig macht.  



  Um die Anordnung einer Schienenbremse  auf jedem einzelnen Motorwagen zu erspa  ren, ist gemäss der     Schienenbremseinrich-          tung    nach der Erfindung die     Schienenbremse     vom Motorwagen getrennt ausgeführt und  ist hinten an letzterem als Schleppgerät  angehängt, wobei die vom Motorwagen ge  zogene     Schienenbremse    entweder direkt auf  den     Schienen    gleiten kann oder aber auf  einem vom Motorwagen geschleppten Hilfs  wagen angeordnet sein kann.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand  der Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbei  spiel dargestellt.    An den elektrischen Motorwagen 1 ist  ein an- und     abkuppelbarer    Hilfswagen 2 als  Schleppgerät angehängt, welcher die Schie  nenbremse 3 trägt. Dieser Hilfswagen 2  wird vorteilhaft nur auf jenen Streckenteilen  an den Motorwagen 1 angekuppelt, welche  mit Rücksicht auf das dort auftretende  grosse Gefälle die     Benützung    einer Schie  nenbremse notwendig machen.
