Abstract
L'invention concerne un poste de décorticage d'une crevette ou d'une partie de celle-ci pendant que la crevette est fixée sur une roue de fixation qui peut tourner le long dudit poste autour d'un axe de rotation. Le poste comprend une base et un rotor qui peut tourner par rapport à la base autour d'un premier axe de rotation pour une révolution complète, le rotor ayant un ou plusieurs dispositifs de préhension. Chaque dispositif de préhension peut tourner par rapport au rotor autour d'un second axe de rotation associé et est disposé pour saisir une partie de ladite crevette lorsque ledit dispositif de préhension est déplacé vers une position proche de l'endroit où une crevette est fixée sur la roue de fixation pendant le mouvement de rotation dudit rotor autour du premier axe de rotation tandis que ledit dispositif de préhension tourne par rapport audit rotor autour de son second axe de rotation. Cela permet au dispositif de préhension de saisir la crevette de manière particulièrement douce et de séparer une partie de la crevette, par exemple sa chair, d'une partie de la crevette qui est fixée sur la roue de fixation.
