Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système et un procédé de détermination des caractéristiques de transmission d'un canal de communications et de données de transmission sur ce canal de communications. Ce procédé peut être utilisé dans la communication de données lorsque le canal est soumis aux interférences provenant d'un ou plusieurs autres canaux de communications, y compris une paradiaphonie (NEXT) et une télédiaphonie (FEXT) provenant d'autres canaux acheminant le même service et/ou différents services. Cette invention peut être utilisée dans les communications de lignes d'usagers numériques (xDSL) ou dans diverses applications telles que la diagraphie des puits de pétrole et dans des systèmes mettant en oeuvre plusieurs émetteurs radio brouilleurs. Selon une réalisation préférée, l'invention porte sur un procédé de détermination de masque de transmission optimal ou d'une fonction de densité spectrale de puissance destinée à être utilisée sur le canal de communications. La fonction de transmission est de préférence déterminée en réponse à la fonction de transfert du canal et du nombre d'interférences automatiques de type paradiaphonie, télédiaphonie et des interférences sans corrélation telles que le bruit gaussien auxiliaire, ainsi que des interférences provenant de différents canaux de communications de services.
