Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de recombinaison avec une séquence spécifique d'ADN dans des cellules eucaryotes comprenant l'introduction dans une cellule d'une première séquence d'ADN comprenant elle-même une séquence res, l'introduction d'une copie de la première séquence d'ADN et la réalisation de la recombinaison avec une séquence spécifique au moyen d'une résolvase ou d'un dérivé de celle-ci. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour tester des inhibiteurs de topoisomérase dans une cellule eucaryote, comprenant l'introduction dans une cellule d'une première séquence d'ADN conforme à SEQ ID NO:1, l'introduction dans une cellule d'une copie de la première séquence d'ADN conforme à SEQ ID NO:1 en orientation directe, l'introduction d'une résolvase de type sauvage et l'adjonction des inhibiteurs de topoisomérase à tester.
