< 2 >: withdrawing part of a component A fraction while feeding eluent D to the circulation system;
< 3 >: withdrawing part of a component C fraction while feeding eluent D to the circulation system; and < 4 >: circulating the internal fluid through the system with neither fluid feed to nor fluid withdrawal from the circulation system.
