Abstract
PROCESSO PARA DESSULFURIZAÇÃO DE UM GÁS CONTENDO ÓXIDOS DE ENXOFRE (SOx) EM UMA UNIDADE DE DEPURAÇÃO ÚMIDA É descrito um processo para a dessulfurização de um gás contendo óxidos de enxofre (SOx) em uma unidade de depuração úmida. O processo compreende a etapa de: colocar em contato o dito gás com uma lama de depuração de aluminato tricálcico hexahidratado (TCA6) aquoso para remover SOx do gás através da reação com TCA6 para formar uma solução de depuração despendida compreendendo um composto de cálcio contendo enxofre e oxigênio, e um composto de alumínio contendo oxigênio e hidrogênio.
