Abstract

prendedor de pino esférico. um prendedor de pino esférico (1) inclui um eixo de pino (2) com uma primeira extremidade livre (3), uma parte roscada (4), um canal de fixação (9), um talão (10), uma parte cilíndrica (11), uma parte cônica (12) e uma segunda extremidade (13). a parte roscada (4) está localizada na região da primeira extremidade livre (3). o canal de fixação (9) é projetado para a fixação de um fole (22), e similares, ao eixo de pino (2), estando o canal de fixação (9) localizado entre a parte roscada (4) e a parte cônica (12) em uma direção axial, sendo que o canal de fixação (9) possui uma primeira extremidade axial voltada para a parte cônica (12), estando a primeira extremidade axial localizada próximo ao talão (10). a parte cônica (12) é disposta entre o talão (10) e a segunda extremidade (13) em uma direção axial. o talão (10) é produzido por conformação a frio em uma direção axial. a parte cilíndrica (11) está localizada entre o talão (10) e a parte cônica (12), sendo que a parte cilíndrica (11) resulta da conformação a frio do talão (10). o prendedor de pino esférico (1) inclui ainda uma esfera (15) que é conectada fixamente à segunda extremidade (13) do eixo de pino (2). a esfera (15) não é projetada como uma única peça com o eixo de pino (2) antes de ser conectada a este.
