MÉTODOS PARA INTENSIFICAR TRAÇOS RELACIONADOS COM O RENDIMENTO EM PLANTAS EM RELAÇÃO ÀS PLANTAS DE CONTROLE, E PARA PRODUZIR UMA PLANTA TRANSGÊNICA, PLANTA, PARTE DE PLANTA OU CÉLULA DE PLANTA, CONSTRUÇÃO, USO DE UMA CONSTRUÇÃO, PARTES COLHÍVEIS DE UMA PLANTA, PRODUTOS, USO DE UM ÁCIDO NUCLEICO, MOLÉCULA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADA, E, POLIPEPTÍDEO ISOLADO. A presente invenção no geral diz respeito ao campo da biologia molecular e diz respeito a um método para intensificar vários traços relacionados com o rendimento economicamente importantes em plantas. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção diz respeito a um método para intensificar traços relacionados com o rendimento em plantas pela modulação da expressão em uma planta de um ácido nucleico que codifica um polipeptídeo da ASPAT (Asparatato AminoTransferase). A presente invenção também diz respeito a plantas tendo expressão modulada de um ácido nucleico que codifica um polipeptídeo da ASPAT, plantas estas que têm traços relacionados com o rendimento intensificado em relação às plantas de controle. A invenção também fornece ácidos nucleicos até agora desconhecidos que codificam ASPAT e construções compreendendo os mesmos, úteis na realização dos métodos da invenção. Além disso, a presente invenção no geral diz respeito ao campo da biologia molecular e diz respeito a um método para aumentar vários traços da planta relacionados com o rendimento aumentando-se a expressão em uma planta de uma sequência de ácido nucleico que codifica um polipeptídeo do fator de transcrição equivalente a MYB91 (MYB91). A presente invenção também diz respeito a plantas tendo expressão aumentada de uma sequência de ácido nucleico que codifica um polipeptídeo de MYB91, plantas estas que têm traços aumentados relacionados com o rendimento em relação às plantas de controle. A invenção adicionalmente diz respeito às sequências de ácido nucleico, construções de ácido nucleico, vetores e plantas contendo as ditas sequências de ácido nucleico. Além disso ainda, a presente invenção no geral diz respeito ao campo da biologia molecular e diz respeito a um método para melhorar várias características de crescimento de planta pela modulação da expressão em uma planta de um ácido nucleico que codifica uma GASA (Arabidopsis Estimulada pelo Ácido Giberélico ). A presente invenção também diz respeito a plantas tendo expressão modulada de um ácido nucleico que codifica uma GASA, plantas estas que têm características de crescimento melhoradas em relação às plantas do tipo selvagem correspondentes ou outras plantas de controle. A invenção também fornece construções úteis nos métodos da invenção. Além disso ainda, a presente invenção no geral diz respeito ao campo da biologia molecular e diz respeito a um método para intensificar vários traços relacionados com o rendimento economicamente importantes em plantas. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção diz respeito a um método para intensificar traços relacionados com o rendimento em plantas pela modulação da expressão em uma planta de um ácido nucleico que codifica um polipeptídeo de AUX/IAA (auxina/ácido indolacético). A presente invenção também diz respeito a plantas tendo expressão modulada de um ácido nucleico que codifica o polipeptídeo de IAA, plantas estas que têm traços relacionados com o rendimento intensificado em relação às plantas de controle.
