Abstract

METODO PARA FORMAR UM PNEUMÁTICO RECAUCHUTADO. Em modalidades particulares, um método de formar um pneumático recauchutado inclui as etapas de: aplicar uma banda de rodagem a uma porção de engatamento de banda de rodagem de uma carcaça de pneumático, a banda de rodagem tendo uma largura inicial com uma camada de almofada de goma interposta entre a banda de rodagem e a carcaça do pneumático; colocar uma membrana de cura ao redor da banda de rodagem para formar um conjunto de cura de pneumático que tem um compartimento entre a membrana e a banda de rodagem; colocar o conjunto de cura de pneumático em uma câmara de vaso; pressurizar a câmara para uma pressão predeterminada; aquecer a câmara até uma temperatura predeterminada; pressurizar o compartimento até uma pressão maior do que 14,7 psia e menor do que a pressão da câmara para fornecer um diferencial de pressão; a etapa inicializando depois que a etapa de pressurizar a câmara inicializa e, pelo que, uma largura final de banda é fornecida, a qual é igual a 98,0% ou mais da largura inicial da banda quando a largura inicial da banda de rodagem é aproximadamente 290-500 mm.
