Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE UMA TIRA DE METAL. A invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de uma tira (1) de metal, especialmente de aço, sendo que metal líquido é aduzido de uma abertura de fundição (2) a um trecho de solidificação (3) e sendo que o metal fundido é compactado ao longo do trecho de solidificação (3). Pra se obter uma ótima qualidade de tira sem avarias, prevê o processo segundo a invenção que o metal líquido é alimentado em um primeiro local (4) do trecho de solidificação (3) executado em forma de um elemento de transporte se estendendo horizontalmente e que o metal compactado deixa o elemento de transporte (3) em um segundo local (5) distanciado em direção de transporte (F), sendo que em direção de transporte (F) no depois do segundo local (5) estão previstos meios (6, 7), com os quais o fluxo de massa da tira deixando o trecho de solidificação (3) e/ou a tensão na tira são mantidos em um valor desejado. A invenção refere-se ainda a um dispositivo para produção de uma tira de metal.
