Abstract
La presente invención comprende un procedimiento para la fabricación de una cinta de metal (1), especialmente, de acero, para lo cual se conduce metal líquido desde un depósito de alimentación (2) hacia un tramo de solidificación (3), asimismo, el metal fundido se solidifica a lo largo del tramo de solidificación (3). Para obtener una calidad óptima de cinta sin daños, el procedimiento acorde a la invención prevé que el metal líquido sea colocado en un primer lugar (4) del tramo de solidificación (3) formado por un elemento de transporte que se extiende horizontalmente, y que el metal solidificado abandone el elemento de transporte (3) en un segundo lugar (5) separado en dirección de transporte (F), asimismo, en la dirección de transporte (F), en o detrás del segundo lugar (5), están previstos medios (6, 7), con los cuales se mantiene un valor deseado del caudal másico de la cinta que abandona el tramo de solidificación (3) y/o la tensión en la cinta. Además, la invención comprende un dispositivo para la fabricación de una cinta de metal.
