Abstract
"processo para suprir uma película polimérica termoplástica com uma orientação longitudinal, e, aparelhos para orientação longitudinal de uma película termoplástica e para processamento de uma película" o método e aparelho para orientação longitudinal de material de película termoplástica (4) compreende uma zona de redução de largura a montante da zona de estiramento longitudinal, através da qual a largura da película é gradualmente reduzida, a fim de permitir estiramento longitudinal sem estreitamento. a zona de redução de largura compreende pelo menos um, preferivelmente diversos pares de rolos de pregueamento (16, 17), compreendendo sulcos ou discos de interengrenamento para preguear o material, o comprimento de dita zona de redução de largura preferivelmente sendo menor do que 3 vezes a largura original da película. a zona de redução de largura tem rolos ou unidades de rolos a montante (14) e a jusante (15) com eixos geométricos curvados e, opcionalmente, também correias transportadoras para prover redução da largura suave. o estiramento longitudinal é preferivelmente entre pelo menos dois e preferivelmente mais do que dois pares de rolos de estiramento (9, 10, 11, 12), que são relativamente próximos entre si. as pregas podem ser providas em diversos estágios com pregas crescentes por estágio, enquanto meio de guiamento preferivelmente colocam todas as pregas em um lado. o método permite a obtenção de altas resistência à tração, carga limite, resistência a propagação de rasgamento e resistência à perfuração, especialmente para películas de polietileno e polipropileno.
