Abstract
El método y aparato para orientación longitudinal de material (4) de película termoplástica comprende una zona de reducción de ancho, corriente arriba de la zona de estiramiento longitudinal, a través de la cual se reduce gradualmente el ancho de la película para permitir el estiramiento longitudinal sin estrangulamiento. La zona de reducción de ancho tiene rodillos corriente arriba (14) y corriente abajo (15) o montajes de rodillos, con ejes curveados y opcionalmente también bandas transportadoras para proporcionar reducción suave del ancho. El estiramiento longitudinal es preferentemente entre al menos dos, y preferentemente más de dos, pares de rodillos (9, 10, 11, 12) de estiramiento que está relativamente cerca de forma conjunta. Los pliegues se pueden proporcionar en varias etapas con pliegues crecientes por etapa, en tanto que el medio guía coloca preferentemente todos los pliegues a un lado.
