Abstract

implante cirúrgico com um recurso antirretrocesso o presente pedido é dirigido a um implante mantido dentro do paciente por um prendedor. o implante inclui uma abertura dimensionada para receber o prendedor. um membro de travamento estende-se através da abertura em uma primeira posição. o membro de travamento é construído de um material resiliente que é móvel para uma segunda posição durante a inserção do prendedor. uma vez que o prendedor é inserido dentro da abertura abaixo de um nível do membro de travamento, o membro de travamento recua para a primeira posição e estende-se sobre o prendedor. o membro de travamento impede o prendedor de se retroceder para fora do implante.
