Claims (10)
- Circuito (800) para controle de um atuador piezoelétrico (142), o circuito compreendendo:
um circuito de acionamento de atuador piezoelétrico (802) operativo para a geração de um sinal de acionamento de voltagem unidirecional (804), o circuito de acionamento de atuador piezoelétrico compreendendo:
um circuito de carregamento (806) que responde operativamente a um primeiro sinal de controle de largura de pulso modulada (816); e
um circuito de descarga de dissipação de corrente pulsada (808) que responde operativamente a um segundo sinal de controle de largura de pulso modulada (818) e operativo para retirar de forma controlável pacotes de carga de um atuador piezoelétrico carregado (142), o circuito caracterizado pelo fato de que o circuito de descarga de dissipação de corrente pulsada (808) compreende:
um transistor de comutação de descarga (1114) tendo uma entrada que responde operativamente ao segundo sinal de controle de largura de pulso modulada (818) e uma saída acoplada a um elemento resistivo (1116);
um transistor de passe de saída (1118) tendo uma entrada operativamente acoplada à saída do transistor de comutação de descarga (1114); e
um elemento indutivo (1120) operativamente acoplado a um nó de fonte de voltagem e ao transistor de passe de saída (1118) . - Circuito, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado ainda pelo fato de que:
o atuador piezoelétrico (142) é operativamente acoplado ao circuito de acionamento de atuador piezoelétrico (802); e
o circuito compreende ainda um circuito de geração de sinal de controle (810) operativo para a produção dos primeiro e segundo sinais de controle de largura de pulso modulada (816, 818), o primeiro e segundo sinais de controle de largura de pulso modulada tendo ciclos de carga variáveis para a produção do sinal de acionamento de voltagem unidirecional (804) para atuação do atuador piezoelétrico (142) . - Circuito, de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado ainda pelo fato de o circuito de descarga de dissipação de corrente pulsada (808) ser operativamente acoplado para retornar energia do atuador piezoelétrico (142) para o nó de fonte de voltagem.
- Circuito, de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado ainda pelo fato de o sinal de acionamento de voltagem unidirecional (804) ser um sinal de cosseno elevado (904) .
- Circuito, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado ainda pelo fato de o circuito de descarga de dissipação de corrente pulsada (808) compreender um circuito de descarga de dissipação de corrente constante.
- Teclado, caracterizado pelo fato de compreender:
uma tela de toque que compreende um atuador piezoelétrico (142) operativo para fornecer um feedback tátil em resposta ao contato da tela de toque por um usuário; e
um circuito (800) conforme definido em qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 5, o circuito operativo para controle do atuador piezoelétrico (142) . - Teclado, de acordo com a reivindicação 6, caracterizado ainda pelo fato de o circuito de carregamento (806) incluir um transistor de efeito de campo configurado para ter um diodo de corpo do mesmo;
o circuito de descarga de dissipação de corrente pulsada (804) compreende o transistor de efeito de campo; e
o circuito de acionamento de atuador piezoelétrico (802) compreende um elemento indutivo operativamente acoplado a ambos o transistor de efeito de campo e a um nó de fonte de voltagem. - Teclado, de acordo com a reivindicação 7, caracterizado ainda pelo fato de o nó de fonte de voltagem ser acoplado a uma voltagem de suprimento de potência (1230) que supre o circuito (800) .
- Dispositivo eletrônico portátil, caracterizado pelo fato de compreender:
um circuito de telefone sem fio; e
um teclado conforme definido em qualquer uma das reivindicações 6 a 8, o teclado operativamente acoplado ao circuito de telefone sem fio. - Método, caracterizado pelo fato de compreender:
o controle da atuação de um atuador piezoelétrico (142) de uma tela de toque pela:
geração de um primeiro sinal de controle de largura de pulso modulada (816) para controle de um circuito de carregamento (806) que produz uma porção de um sinal de acionamento de voltagem unidirecional (904) ; e
geração de um segundo sinal de controle de largura de pulso modulada (818) para controle de um circuito de descarga de dissipação de corrente pulsada (804) que retira de forma controlável pacotes de carga de um atuador piezoelétrico (142) carregado para a produção de uma outra porção do sinal de acionamento de voltagem unidirecional (904); e
a retroalimentação de energia a partir do atuador piezoelétrico (142) carregado para um nó de fonte de voltagem.
