Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROLE DE ROTAÇÃO CONFIGURAPDAORA RECEBER UMA COLUNA DE PERFURAÇÃO FURO-ABAIXO DURANTE A PERFURAÇÃO DE UM POÇO. Trata-se de uma coluna de perfuração de poço que compreende um invólucro e um conjunto de rolamentos. O invólucro tem uma estrutura de parede lateral que define um furo central. Uma superfície de assento do conjunto de rolamentos afunilados é provida dentro do furo central do invólucro. O conjunto de rolamentos inclui um tambor externo que tem um furo central, um tambor interno disposto pelo menos parcialmente dentro do furo central do tambor externo e unidades de rolamentos acopladas entre os tambores para prover o alinhamento concêntrico dos tambores e permitir a rotação entre os mesmos. O tambor externo é assentado de maneira removível dentro do furo central do invólucro. Uma superfície externar afunilada do tambor externo é acoplada com a superfície de assento do conjunto de rolamentos: afunilados do invólucro, por meio do que o acoplamento das superfícies afuniladas alinha o tambor externo com respeito ao furo central do invólucro.
