Abstract

EQUIPAMENTO PARA CORTE PROFUNDO. é provido um equipamento para corte profundo dotado de um coxim-guia com ponta substituível em uma porção de cabeça de corte. Com o equipamento para corte profundo, é possível melhorar a qualidade de acabamento dos furos de corte a serem feitos e a vida útil do coxim-guia é ampliada. Um coxim-guia (3A) de contato deslizante com a circunferência interna de um furo de corte (H) é unido de forma destacável com um parafuso de montagem (17b) a uma seção com ranhuradas para montagem de coxins (18) que é formada na circunferência externa de uma porção de cabeça de corte (11). A parte superior (P1) do coxim-guia (3A) se projeta para fora em uma direção radial a partir de uma circunferência de corte (S) de uma lâmina de corte (lâmina de corte do lado da circunferência externa (2A)).
