Claims (14)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Disposição de filmes estruturada como uma estrutura de filmes de várias camadas apresentando pelo menos três camadas, caracterizada pelo fato de que pelo menos uma camada de filme de um PI_A biodegradável e de um plastificante poliglicol de cadeia longa é inserida entre pelo menos duas camadas externas e cada uma das duas camadas externas consiste em uma camada de PLA, em que as camadas externas que consistem em PLA não contêm qualquer plastificante ou as camadas externas apresentam um teor reduzido de plastificante entre 0,1 e 10%, e uma camada interna de PLA apresenta um teor de plastificante mais elevado e em que o peso molecular do plastificante fica entre 20.000 e 4.000.000.
- 2. Disposição de filmes de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que o plastificante é um polietileno glicol ou um polipropileno glicol, ou um polietileno glicol modificado ou um polipropileno glicol modificado, que é modificado com uma função de ácido carboxílico.
- 3. Disposição de filmes de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizada pelo fato de que o peso molecular do plastificante fica entre 25.000 e 400.000.
- 4. Disposição de filmes de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizada pelo fato de que o PLA é misturado com 0,01 a 40 % em peso de plastificante.
- 5. Disposição de filmes de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado pelo fato de que o PLA é misturado com de 5 a 25 % em peso de plastificante.
- 6. Disposição de filmes de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizada pelo fato de que a disposição de filmes compreende outras camadas que também são biodegradáveis.Petição 870180141867, de 17/10/2018, pág. 17/242/3
- 7. Disposição de filmes de acordo com a reivindicação 6, caracterizada pelo fato de que compreende pelo menos uma camada de barreira.
- 8. Disposição de filmes de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizada pelo fato de que as camadas externas apresentam um teor de plastificante reduzido entre 0,1 e 5 % em peso.
- 9. Disposição de filmes de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizada pelo fato de que pelo menos um aditivo selecionado do grupo consistindo de corantes, dos agentes de branqueamento ópticos, dos agentes antiaglutinantes, dos agentes antiestáticos, dos agentes antinévoa, dos agentes deslizantes, dos absorvedores de luz ultravioleta, dos agentes de enchimento, dos aditivos de descamação, de impermeabilização, dos antioxidantes e/ou dos agentes auxiliares de processo está presente pelo menos em uma camada externa da disposição de filmes.
- 10. Disposição de filmes de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizada pelo fato de que a disposição de filmes é estirada.
- 11. Disposição de filmes de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizada pelo fato de que pelo menos uma camada externa da disposição de filmes porta um impresso.
- 12. Processo para a produção da disposição de filmes como definida em qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado pelo fato de que o PI_A é misturado e homogeneizado com o plastificante no extrusor, e a camada de PI_A é coextrusada com outras camadas.
- 13. Uso de uma disposição de filmes como definida em qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 11 produzida por um processo como definido na reivindicação 12, caracterizado pelo fato que aPetição 870180141867, de 17/10/2018, pág. 18/243/3 disposição de filmes passa por um repuxamento profundo para a formação de recipientes.
- 14. Uso de uma disposição de filmes como definida em qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 11 produzida por um processo como definido na reivindicação 12, caracterizado pelo fato de que a disposição de filmes é usada como um filme do tipo com camada de suporte de artigos sanitários.
