Abstract
MéTODO PARA. A PRODUçãO DE UM CáRTER DE CILINDRO TENDO MúLTIPLAS CAMISAS DE CILINDRO, CAMISA DE CILINDRO E MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA CAMISA DE CILINDRO. A presente invenç&o refere-se a um método para a produção de um cárter de cilindro tendo múltiplas camisas de cilindro (1) compreendendo as seguintes etapas: proporcionar pelo menos duas camisas de cilindro (1), cada uma das quais tendo uma primeira extremidade no lado do cabeçote do cilindro, uma segunda extremidade no lado da árvore de manivela, e um corpo de camisa (2); a fixação da camisa do cilindro (1) em um molde de fundição; e a fundição da camisa do cilindro (1) por meio de um material de fundição. Adicionalmente, a presente invenção refere-se a uma camisa de cilindro (1) tendo um corpo de camisa (2) Um método e uma camisa de cilindro, nos quais a camisa de cilindro é particular e facilmente posicionada e pode ser inserida tão facilmente como as camisas convencionais de cilindro longas, é criado de acordo com a invenç&o pelo fato que, para o método, uma tira de material (3) é fixada a cada um dos corpos de camisas (2), referida tira de material (3) se projetando de uma forma axial sobre pelo menos a segunda extremidade do cilindro no lado da árvore de manivelas e para a camisa, de tal maneira que uma tirade material (3) é fixada ao corpo de camisa (2) e projeta-se de forma axial além de pelo menos um lado frontal (4, 7) do corpo de camisa (2).
