Abstract

FORMULAÇÕES NUTRICIONAIS CONTENDO AMIDO DE TAPIOCA MODIFICADO COM OCTIL SUCCINATO ANIDRIDO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma formulação nutricional compreendendo uma fonte de lipídeo, uma fonte de carboidrato, uma fonte equivalente de proteína, e um agente emulsificante compreendendo amido de tapioca modificado com OSA que contém menos do que cerca de 0,05% de nitrogênio sem proteína.
