Abstract

PROCESSO PARA AJUSTAR UMA UNIDADE DE FORNECIMENTO DE TINTA DE UMA IMPRESSORA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para ajustar uma unidade de fornecimento de tinta (16) de uma impressora, sendo que em uma fase de instalação da impressora, é determinado com um primeiro dispositivo de medição (22) pelo menos um valor efetivo no que se refere a uma aplicação de tinta, aplicada sobre pelo menos um material de impressão (21), ajustada em uma unidade de fornecimento de tinta (16) da impressora, sendo que por meio desse primeiro valor efetivo é ajustada a unidade de fornecimento de tinta (16), que aplica a aplicação de tinta sobre o material de impressão (21), sendo que, durante a impressão contínua da impressora,são detectados diversos segundos valores efetivos com relação a uma imagem impressa, que é impressa sobre o material de impressão (21), por meio de um segundo dispositivo de impressão, que é diferente do primeiro dispositivo de medição (22), e que são alimentados a um dispositivo de ajuste (26), que ajusta a unidade de fornecimento de tinta (16), sendo que pelo menos um dos segundos valores efetivos, detectados por meio do segundo dispositivo de medição (23), que corresponde ao ajuste, feito na fase de instalação, da aplicação de tinta sobre o material de impressão (21), é ajustado no dispositivo de ajuste (26) como seu valor teórico, sendo que o dispositivo de ajuste (26) pelo menos detecta um desvio em outros segundos valores efetivos, que são determinados durante a impressão contínua da impressora do valor teórico ajustado e minimiza o referido desvio por reajuste da unidade de aplicação de tinta (16), que aplica a aplicação de tinta sobre o material de impressão (21)
