Aperfeiçoamento em lata do tipo que compreende:, uma porção de corpo (11); uma porção de pescoço (13) de contorno reduzido e tendo uma borda extrema superior (13b) provida de um ressalto periférico externo (13c) e definindo o contorno de uma abertura superior (A) ; uma porçao de transição (14) unindo as porções de corpo (11) e de pescoço (13); e uma tampa (20) tendo uma porção tubular periférica (22) a ser encaixada no interior da abertura superior (A) da porção de pescoço (13) e tendo uma borda superior livre (22b) carregando uma nervura circunferencial externa (22c) sob a qual é aplicada uma gaxeta anelar (30) a ser assentada sobre a borda externa superior (13b) da porção de pescoço (13) quando do encaixe da tampa (20) na abertura superior (A) A porção de transição (14) pode incorporar, externamente e em peça única, uma pluralidade de nervuras longitudinais (15) espaçadas entre si e unindo a porção de transição (14) a uma adjacente região inferior(13a) da porção de pescoço (13)
