Abstract

BATENTES DE SUSPENSãO E MANCAIS DE BATENTE DE SUSPENSãO A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de batente que compreende um mancal 20 dotado de duas arruelas metálicas inferior 22 e superior 24 entre as quais são dispostos corpos rolantes 26. Um anel de fricção é fixado em uma primeira das arruelas metálicas inferior e superior e entra em contato de atrito com a outra arruela metálica de modo a criar um torque de atrito estático superior ao dos corpos rolantes, e na prática superior a 1 Nm. O anel de fricção 34 permite gerar um torque resistente controlado que limita a transmissão para a coluna de direção do torque gerado durante o trânsito do veículo em uma estrada abaulada.
