produto processado pelo calor e respectivos métodos de produção de produto de planta comestível e de planta transgênica, de redução de conteúdo de acrilamida em produto de planta e de sobreexpressão de gene em tubérculo de batata, seqüência de polinucleotídeo isolado e planta. a presente invenção proporciona seqüências de polinucleotídeos e polipeptídeos a partir de plantas, métodos de redução dos níveis de asparagina livre em plantas, métodos de produção de alimentos processados pelo calor contendo níveis reduzidos de acrilamida e plantas e alimentos obtidos por estes métodos.
