"APERFEIÇOAMENTO EM DISPOSITIVO PAPA APLICAÇÕES DIVERSAS, QUE INCORPORA EFEITO ÓPTICO E PROCESSO DE OBTENÇÃO DE DISPOSITIVO PARA APLICAÇÕES DIVERSAS, QUE INCORPORA EFEITO ÓPTICO". O presente resumo refere-se a uma patente de invenção para dispositivo para aplicações diversas que incorpora efeito óptico, que na versão individual é constituído um cartão ou similar e compreendido, essencialmente: por um corpo (2) dotado de linha de corte fechada (4); e por área destacável (5) limitada pela linha de corte; por um substrato transparente (11), colado no verso do corpo (2) e dotado de impressão codificada (12)-(1 2)<39> alinhada à área destacável (5) e de tipo que é decodificada quando vista através de um filtro e/ou exposta e/ou sobreposta a ambiente e/ou superfície de cor e/ou luminosidade adequadas; dito dispositivo é compreendido, essencialmente: por uma parte anterior (1) formada essencialmente pelo corpo (2); e por uma parte posterior constituída essencialmente por uma estrutura de artigo auto-adesivo (10) laminada no verso do corpo (2) da parte anterior (1) e sendo prevista ainda uma versão do dispositivo auto-adesiva e processos para fabricação do dispositivo em suas duas versões."IMPROVEMENT IN A DEVICE FOR VARIOUS APPLICATIONS, WHICH INCORPORATES OPTICAL EFFECT AND PROCESS FOR OBTAINING A DEVICE FOR VARIOUS APPLICATIONS, WHICH INCORPORATES OPTICAL EFFECT". This summary refers to an invention patent for a device for various applications that incorporates an optical effect, which in the individual version consists of a card or similar and essentially comprises: a body (2) equipped with a closed cutting line (4 ); and by detachable area (5) limited by the cutting line; by a transparent substrate (11), glued to the back of the body (2) and provided with a coded print (12)-(1 2)<39> aligned to the detachable area (5) and of a type that is decoded when viewed through a filter and/or exposed and/or superimposed on an environment and/or surface of suitable color and/or luminosity; said device is essentially comprised of: a front part (1) formed essentially by the body (2); and by a rear part consisting essentially of a self-adhesive article structure (10) laminated to the back of the body (2) of the front part (1) and a self-adhesive version of the device and processes for manufacturing the device in its two versions.
