Abstract
"MANCAL DE ATRITO". A invenção refere-se a um mancal de atrito com um invólucro de suporte de aço e uma camada metálica de mancal livre de chumbo à base de cobre com os elementos de liga principal de estanho e zinco, cuja camada é aplicada no invólucro de suporte. De modo a combinar as propriedades de deslizamento vantajosas com uma resiliência mecânica favorável é proposto que a camada metálica de mancal tenha uma porção de estanho de 2,5 a 11 % em peso e uma porção de zinco 0,5 a 5% em peso, com a soma total das porções de estanho e zinco sendo entre 3 e 13% em peso.
