PROCESSO DE RECUPERAçãO DE óLEO. The present invention relates to a process for the recovery of a triglyceride oil from wet gums of a vegetable oil, comprising the steps of: (a) providing wet gums through water degumming of a crude vegetable oil, ( b) mixing said wet gums with water containing a phospholipidolytic agent, (o) allowing the mixture to separate into two or more phases, said two or more phases including at least one oil phase and an aqueous phase, and (d) recovery of said oil phase.
