Abstract

MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM TUBO DE AçO SEM COSTURA. A presente invmçáo refere-se a um tubo de aço sem costura que é fabricado de um aço de alta liga que contém pelo menos 5% de Cr enquanto efetivamente impedindo os problemas de retirada de barra de mandril após a laminação ie alongamento de um material que está sendo laminado. Um tubo de aço sem costura de um aço de alta liga que contém pelo menos 5% de Cr é fabricado submetendo um material que está sendo laminado (3) à laminação de alongamento que utiliza um laminador de mandril retido (1) no qual a velocidade de uma barra de mandril (2) na direção axial é mantida constante E nquanto que a velocidade (Vb) da barra de mandril (2), a velocidade (Vi) dc material que está sendo laminado (3) no lado de entrada do laminador de rr andril retido (1), e a velocidade (Ve) do material que está sendo laminado (3) no lado de saída do laminador de mandril retido (1) satisfaz a relação: 0,15 <sym> Vb / {(Vi + Ve) / 2} <sym> 0,70 controlando a velocidade de movimento Vb da barra de mandril (2).
