Abstract

Un tubo de acero sin costuras se fabrica a partir de un acero de alta aleacion que contiene por lo menos 5% de Cr mientras que efectivamente se evita problemas de extraccion de barron de mandrino despues de laminacion por alargamiento de un material que esta siendo laminado. Un tubo de acero sin costuras de un acero de alta aleacion que contiene por lo menos 5% de Cr se fabrica sometiendo un material que esta siendo laminado 3 a laminacion por alargamiento utilizando un laminador de mandril retenido 1 en donde la velocidad de un barron de mandrino 2 en la direccion axial se mantiene constante al mismo tiempo que la velocidad de movimiento Ve del barron de mandrino 2, la velocidad Vi del material que esta siendo laminado 3 en el lado de entrada del laminador de mandril retenido 1 y la velocidad Ve del material que esta siendo laminado 3 en el lado de salida del laminador de mandril retenido 1 satisfacen la relacion: 0.15 ( Vb/(Vi + Ve}/2} ( 0.70 controlando la velocidad de movimiento Vb del barron de mandrino 2.
