Abstract

ESTABILIZAçãO DA ATIVIDADE DE GLICOSE DESIDROGENASE DEPENDENTE DE PQQ EM BIOSENSORES ELETROQUìMICOS. Uma composição reagente contendo GDH-PQQ como uma enzima-cofator e impressa em tela em eletrodos de trabalho e auxiliar de biossensores eletroquimicos, mantém atividade dos reagentes enzimáticos pela seleção adequada de componentes. Uma composição preferida inclui polímeros hidrofílicos, sílica não tratada amorfa, tampões, agentes tensoativos e um mediador. Por exemplo, o biossensor é usado na determinação amperométrica de glicose.
